Default Drawing in online customers

Hi all,
I have tarot reading listings on ebay, they've been sitting there for quite a while but no one has purchased one. There are other people who have similar readings, and from their feedback they are having sales.
So how can I draw customers?
I've worked in sales in a mall for a few months, somehow I acquired the belief that there is always one customer each day (I figured this after checking the backlog of sales). So I basically stood there, spaced out and people started to show up. Sometimes I had a sale 10 minutes before my shift was over after standing around all day.
Obviously, with online listings I can't stand up at home all day and space out (lol).
I guess I'm thinking too much about how many sales I can draw in on ebay, whereas in my mall job the sales amount varied everyday.
What do you think?

Hmm, first thing I thought reading your post is don't people go to ebay for products, not services?

Could that have something to do with the situation - not so much beliefs as the way your offer is set up?

(I know I don't go to ebay for services.... it's more a place for products, in my view.)

Maybe the folks who are getting sales there have a different internet location where their work is offered and they mention it's also available on ebay?

I'm just wondering if this is less about belief and more about location and logistics... but that's odd, as I'm hardly ever the person who is looking at a more practical explanation

well, isn't a reading a product? It's something I am offering... I think it's both.

Well, I offer readings, but since the person is actually getting the information through a service, it has seemed more like a service to me. A service is also something you offer Service is about specialized skills involved in delivering something that someone wants. Product is about delivering an object that doesn't involve specialized skills.

I guess you can view it both ways. Most folks I know who offer things like this (tarot readings, psychic readings, etc.) would tend to see it as a service, though. The reading would be like the end-product of the service offered.

To me, tarot reading is a service. An ebook or a personally designed tarot deck would be a product. That's how I understand it anyway

I've purchased readings on Ebay. I also used to sell Reiki sessions and had quite a few customers. I would encourage you to make the listing very attractive, have a nice photo to draw people in, you might want to have a nice profile of you as well so people know who is doing the reading.

Then just set the intention that your reading will draw the perfect customer in, or the perfect number of customers, etc. and see what happens.

"Thinking too much?"

Absofu#@inglutely

Thinking is not required for creation

Sorry, but I like to point out the obvious in statements

I have a simple answer for you..

Stop thinking!

No, actually.. my simple answer is..

Work on you!

Random figure quote <insert here> according to my teacher were about 80% unconscious (or so his sources tell him ) anyway.. Conscious creation and dismantling of beliefs requires "CONCSCIOUS" creation..

It means you need to be aware of what your doing!

Now you're aware! your sabotaging yourself!.. even with a belief like "I only get 1 customer a day"

But the secret to easier creation.. is getting to know yourself better.. or a easier statement..

"Healer, heal thyself!"

______________________

As for actual useful ideas.. I don't have that.. it would likely help if on ebay.. if you had lots and lots of feedback.. people like that.. you could "fake" buy your services a lot to see if that helps with that..

You might try actually using a auction to generate "bids" more.. you might try unique marketing.. which this just popped in my brain..

Sell some "old socks" and offer a "free reading" with it.. make it like $6 minimum if you have to drag yourself to the post office to ship it..

But imagine.. you sell "old socks" "used jeans" etc. but get to ATTRACT a different customer base then the normal looking for "psychic readings" crowd

I think as I stated.. work on yourself!

A investment in you.. is everlasting!

But in real terms.. I would diversify.. experiment.. be playful.. and definitely stop thinking!

My pleasure!

Go to ebay and type in "psychic reading" or "reiki healing", etc...there lots and lots of 'em out there, you might be interested just to see the format that it's being offered in.
