Default Polarization in Groups

Do people think that the polarity concept applies to groups of people as well as individuals? For example, what does an outward flow person do among a group of inward flow-ers, or a company run by a couple of inward flow-ers?

Yes I think so. Groups must also have an inflow/outflow to them. I also think an individual in an outflow group may start off being inflow to him/her-self to figure out what the group is doing and then eventually be involved with the outflow.

As far a group being an inflow group - I supppose a group can be stuck in darkworker mode as seen from the outside but the individuals inside the group may find they are outflowing to each other. Weather the group settles on dark or light, inout/out motivation - hmmm... Can a company survive with a dark motivation?

Um... Hell yes!
Dark just means that your deepest intentions are to benefit yourself in some way. It seems like capitalism in general is based on dark flow.

And while I agree that groups have flows and tend to flow together, I believe it's possible for a lightworker to work in a 'dark' company and not only enjoy it, but make a difference.

Since it's only a question of your motivation, and the results may be exactly the same. It could be more difficult and would probably take an more aware person to do this and keep their own polarity rather than flowing with the group.
