 |  What shall I focus on about ex?
If you look at my two first posts you can get more of an idea of how much I screwed up my previous relationship. So now she dumped me and I am dealing with my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on my own. What I was wondering was what shall I visualize? Nopt necessarily to get her back, maybe to gain her trust or just keep a positive connection between us? I read somewhere if you visualise youself together with someone that doesn't want it then it can push them away more? Like the push pull action we get in relationships? I just want to be happy together even if its in my mind but not to disrupt any healing process she might be going through. I do want her back but know she needs time a space to heal, but not too much space becausee she thinks I don't care about her. Thanks x |

its just that I'm constantly vizualising something and I know I have the power to manifest stuff and the universe gives me signs if they are right or wrong. I want to harness the power so I am not having any negative effect on my ex and her healing process.

I'm in a huge transitional period and really could do with advice? I worked out for myself I should obviously create positive vibrations, but thinking of a specific thing like being happy together might just push her away? She was seeing someone else and he seemed to be messing her around seducing her then going to see his ex and coming back and saying ehr didn't want to see her anymore. So he's basically seeing two girls. i was really concerned and was focusing on sending positive energy of strength to her. I also keep sending a message that we can be happy together and maybe go away together. I don't know if this will just scare her away. She just came back from a festival and sent me a text replying to one I sent concerned she was getting head ****ed. She said she was really happy and not getting head ****ed and we should meet up for a cup of tea in a few days. Which seems to be a great thing, I hate it but my ego is sd she is not getting ****ed around I really wanted this guy to turn out to be a dick head, that's horrible isn't it? i know I really want to be happy for her and let nature show me where to go and meet new girls with their own wisdom to impart upon me. or show her we can be happy together and the bond she thought was there for so long really is.

Perhaps a focus on what is best for YOU, not what is best for her. Add in a dash of allowing her (from your perspective) to be and do and have whatever she wants, and then doing the same for yourself. She won't ever fill this hole inside of you, no matter what kind of a connection you share. And that's exactly what you want from her...to fill this void she leaves in her absense. Thus, her absense, is a great big old flashing neon light sign that says: "Hey, Dominic, there is a hole here!" |

I don't know what I want, I guess to find someone that can help me. i want help. I do get it from people like this amazing site, but without direct contact and tuition I feel so lost. So focusing on a strong amazing woman to come into my life and sort my stupid head out! lol

so through manifestation this is the best advice? anyone else got any ideas? just want things to go naturally, if we are meant to be together I want it to work if we are not it should work too. maybe i can focus on being so well in myself I can be a great friend to her and also find someone else that helps me out..
