Yes I will certainly post something, I have attempted to on several occaissions but couldn't quite find the words I wanted to use to explain it.

Yeah, definately.

When I want to learn something about myself, or I'm trying to figure something out for myself, I teach it to others.

Very powerful technique for getting the fullness of what you want to know. It's one thing to study it, it's another to experience it, and it's even something else to teach it.

But in doing all three, you manifest the fullness of that thing you want to master.
