Default Resolving Conflicting Beliefs

I was on the LOA stuff for just over 6 months now and I am just amazed about how powerful it is. However I have some conflicting beliefs which prevents me from manifesting some my desires especially relationship wise. I know this is a result of my habitual worrying over past failures, but sometimes my mind seems to go on automatic. How can I stop this ? Has anyone know fast way to resolve conflicting beliefs or to stop all the noise inside your head.

Thanks

Sentence completion can help unearth subconscious blocks. Don't censor, just write out at least ten completions for each sentence stem. Start with these two:

The problem with relationships is....

I probably avoid relationships because....

Once you have a list examine each reason. Ask yourself if it's really true and if it serves you. Overtime they will melt away.

Nathaniel Branden was the pioneer in sentence completion. You can Google for more info.

I have googled it and it think I will give it a try. Plus, is it true that NLP remove beliefs almost instantly ?

Default NLP can do some good

Hello,

NLP has helped me a little bit to remove some stubborn thought patterns. Try looking at nlpweekly.com for some insight on some basic stuff.

good luck!

Whatever you do realize that it takes time to rid oneself of negative beliefs.

This is SO true. Learning to use the LOA and I/M is work. Lots and lots of work. It is so funny to me when my friends look at me askance and think that I think that all I have to do is wish for things and they happen. I have been through the most intense period of personal examination, mental development and emotional growth over the past two months that I have ever experienced. I have to be constantly aware of the stimuli which kick me into undesirable emotional states and then do the work to bring myself back into a higher vibrational state. I also have had to take responsibility for myself and my life.

This is a lot of work. It takes time. Give yourself a pat on the back for the work you've done. I don't think that there is a 'fast' way to change thought patterns you have had for your whole life. Give yourself the time to change and just keep up the good work.

Yes very true. I think one of my problems is lack of patience. I am a victim of my instant gratification mindset. Just have to get rid of that inner ego.

I think I'm just too hard on myself. I think it is a bit of overwhelming that the same law that helped me to good in school is the same that affects my personal life. When I came to know the LOA it just freaked me out. I am just coming to terms of how powerful my beliefs are and when I realized I have to change them it was a hard pill to swallow.

I think the hardest thing for me is to separate my ego from ME. The one that has a hard time swallowing the pill is your ego. YOU, your highest purest self, accepts readily. What we all feel, this struggle we all feel, is the war between our ego and our highest self. The ego wants to stay in control. The ego is the time based entity that wants to keep you THINKING instead of feeling. I really feel like I have a split personality sometimes these days.
