I think all people on this forum will think something different by reading this questions i am asking now ....I want inputs , ur understanding on this issues from all the membes 1. how to develop an INTEREST in anything , say, in work? 2. How to concentrate totally on any topic? 3. How to believe? (on MYSELF and anyone else)? 4. Believing MYSELF means exactly what? how I can know myself that I trust on myself? 5. Believing on myself means, how it FEELS? I think all these questions are very small for u guys but still I think I need to know and learn all this. |

So let me help if I may. Developing an interest in something happens when you get to know that something, then either your excitement will want you to follow it or otherwise you will decide you don't. Also is this cause your family are pushing you toward a certain career path? I pick up vibes. When the topic is of interest the concentration will follow, otherwise it will be because it has to be done. I personally recommend not doing anything that doesn't make you feel happy. You must learn to love and believe in yourself first, and you need to find a way to do that. Soon as you do that you will start finding people you want to trust in your external reality. Find things about yourself you are good at, or excel in and allow your ego to swell a little. My friend, believing in yourself is the easy part, say 'I am' there, you can believe in yourself, you exist, you have done, are doing all the things you are doing. Whats not to believe in? You wrote this post asking for advice. Say 'I believe in myself'. How does that feel? Now say 'I don't believe in myself', how does that feel? Choose which one you like and repeat it 10 times a day and see the effect in 30 days. Why do you ask these questions, is it family crap? Forced to follow a career path, not allowed to do what you want? Have no faith in yourself? You are young you have much time to grow and develop, it will happen. But you should do whatever feels right and makes you happy. I hope I have been of some help Nic | |

hey hi nicbrahms...... thanks for ur input......but there is no such anything like my family is forcing me for something that i dnt want to do at all. the main reason is ....there is always conflict is going on inside me...i kept alots of expectation from me whenn i was working...say, writing the report on any issue..i will think and expects that..i should/ must not make a single mistake...or my report should/must be very interesting, very good and i shoud be in he shape for publication........ this expectation from myside is something that i m not been able to handle it properly.....and i end up in blaiming myself for not doing as good as i m expecting from myself.......... |
