Wow. I absolutely loved the book Ask and It Is Given, and these seminar podcasts are even better. Esther/Abraham comes across as joyful, witty, very intelligent and funny, with zero self-help cliches. There are four 52-minute segments. I can't recommend them highly enough. The seminar is about the piece of IM that many people forget/miss. The art of allowing. We tend to try too hard to meditate on what we want, when the MAJORITY of our time should be spent raising our vibration to match what we want. When you noted a preference for something, that WAS the asking . . .if you keep focusing on it and noticing that it's not here yet, that can lower your vibration, which disallows your desires.

coincidentally [:P] I just discovered [another :P] hay house radio today and downloaded the podcasts!

I heard the first session and these podcasts are very good. The way Abraham deal with questions and clarify is very exciting. In the wake of Steve's polarity blog post, its even more interesting and easier to grasp Abraham and connect the two.

I find that it is helpful to listen to HayHouse Radio in the background when I am doing work that doesn't require a lot of concentration.

It is inspiring and helps me get through the more mundane tasks of the day.
