One of my all time favorite quote is from the movie The Shawshank Redemption. Unfortunately, I don't remember the exact quote but it goes something like this:

"You either do everything to live or you do everything to die."

I love the message in this quote. What it says is that there is no middle of the road in your life. You're either working to elevate yourself or you're doing everything to destroy yourself. The choice is within our hands.

If someone remembers the exact quote please let me know
