Is showing our visualization boards to others a good idea? Does this help the intention process or does it hurt it?

Hey, I'm going to perform a plug here.

I've written two articles... one titled Do Not Share Your Goals, which sort of answers your question on who you should share your goals and in your case visual board with. If you're still in the creation phase, have a look at my article on creating vision boards. Let me know what you think.
