Just wanted to make a list of random things that help me every day and make things go smoother, if you have anything to add, please post them. Remember Fear and worry is imaginary Intend it – before reading a book, watching an instructional video, attending a seminar or what ever else you are trying to accomplish, state your purpose, it tells the subconscious what it needs to get out of it Intend it before sleep – this seems to be working pretty good for me, almost every day right before my head hits the pillow I state an intention for the following day and most of the time it either happens or points me in the right direction. I don’t mean anything drastic and life changing, but little things, like figure out the solution to a problem or find an answer to a question that’s been haunting you, do something you’ve been procrastinating, etc. Don’t let people piss you off Fix the little things – Make a list of the little things that need to be addressed such as fixing that squeaky door, changing the time on the microwave from the blinking 12:00 to the correct time, just little things that can bug you sometimes and do at least 1 a week. I don’t know if this work for anyone, but it makes me feel a lot better when I fixed a door that’s been squeaking for over a year. If something goes not as planned – it’s probably for a reason you might not understand right now, but it’s for your own good. Try to find something positive in a situation that appears negative. To do list – I'm a big fan of making to do lists, that's all I have to say about that one This is just what helps me, maybe some things will work for you too or maybe you have other things you can share |

chocolate in general... good list so far. how about adding something along the lines of cutting yourself slack once in a while - or several times a day. remember you're human. see yourself as your own partner and ally, not something you should beat into submission. |

| Be illogical and unrealistic. You can't be too "adultish" to play "make believe" (which is the basic LOA I/M-game). If you notice your mind getting unhelpfully "realistic" (Like, "This isn't practical, nor probable, nor easy to achieve! [ect, etc]"): Break up those stuffy linear thought patterns with some fun nonsense or "blah, blah, blah…" or whatever it takes to swerve you back to your very realistic game of "Let's pretend"! ________________________________ * We don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing. - George Bernard Shaw |

When architects and construction companies build a building, first they pretend what it's going to look like, and then put it on paper. When employers create a job to fill, first they pretend what kind of persont hey want to fill the position, then they advertise and find people to interview, and see which one matches that position best. All planning, imagining and creation is from the realm of pretending. It hasn't happened yet, it's not real, and that's what makes it so powerful. If I could turn all that into a small thing it would be: Don't get hung up so much on all the 'real' stuff. It's not *that* real. :P

You kinda need to picture the end result and see how it feels, then start putting things together. I guess the more details you focus with on the end result the better you will be able to tell what you need to get there when you start seeing things show up in your life. There is a part of the brain called reticular activating system that directs your attention to things you are looking for, so by focusing on the end result this will trigger the reticular activating system to look for things required for your end result

... Remind yourself daily that what you think and talk about all day will likely (in some way) contribute to how your life manifests. ... Be-aware of the feeling-energy or belief-energy or "power" that you put into what you think or say. You can choose what to make real in your life. If you don't play life consciously, some of what you will make-real may not be what you want as your reality! -- It's all about the stories you tell (to yourself and others) and how you feel when you tell them! ________________________________ We don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing. - George Bernard Shaw |
