Exclamation Success in using the "I want to experience...."

I'm finding it easy to avoid resistance and core beliefs that no longer serve you by using the intention of wanting to experience whatever it is you want to experience.

Example: I now want to experience what it's like to have (attract) the perfect relationship, job, etc. I found that it seems to work faster for, by using that verbage - I feel it allows me to attract a certain goal faster than by visualization, etc.

Has anyone had success by putting a different spin on LOA and changing beliefs already ingrained?

I haven't tried "I want to experience", but I do use "Wouldn't it be fun if" which has the effect of making me feel good immediately - good, in a fun and playful way.

I like the sounds of "I want to experience" - I'm going to play around with that, too! Thanks.

Be careful about 'want'

The word want implies that you don't have it yet.

Saying " I want to lose weight" puts the focus onto the fact you do not have it.

Want infers lack.

If there is only the moment, no past, no future, only now, put the desire into the moment.

Saying "I want to weight 90kg" means some time in the future you may weight 90kg (or may not) but right now you dont.

Saying "I weight 90kg" puts the focus on it being real now.

I find working on now, speeds things up.

Of course there are no rules, but you ignore them at peril.

HTH

I like this... "Wouldn't it be fun if..." or "wouldn't it be cool to..."

I find that it works well if your talking with someone else too. I've noticed that when talking with someone else it's easy to put your intention out there using the above phrases to other people.

I'm using the thought process of, What you think about and speak about you bring about (cuz this is where your attention is, and what you put your attention on expands)... I've noticed significant results from this...

I've also notice most people are talking about "what is" in there life, but these phrases above address the wants in your life, start talking about the wants not the what is's... Shift your attention to the wants... And enjoy the magic of life!

Wanting to or deciding to experience something reminded me of that movie called, "Catch Me If You Can" starring Leonardo Di Caprio playing Frank Abagnale Jr. who "experienced" being an airline pilot, doctor and lawyer.

Aside from the moral aspects of that movie, it is a perfect illustration of becoming what you want to experience.

I agree with the fact that the WORD want implies lack, but the words don't matter nearly as much as the feeling or the image you see in your mind.

I wouldn't focus so much on the wording as I would on the feeling and idea that comes to mind when you think of the wording

I agree. I started saying things like that too, and have been getting a lot faster results. I said, I want to work in the office, and hop-skip-jump, I'm training to work in the office. I've been doing a lot more with saying, "Wouldn't it be fun to..." etc...It seems to bring all that child-like play back into our lives. The secret said, "have fun with this." I'm for more fun!
