All you need is Windows Media Player. I suggest you download it, if you don't have it now. This is a direct link and it should launch Media Player when you click on it. It's a "WMV" file, so it will only play in Windows Media Player.

For some reason when I tried to download it at work, I got the popup asking for username-password while connecting to their server.

But it didnt prompt me when I tried again at home.

Thank you for posting this. I watched the Larry King episodes earlier today, and I will watch Oprah before I go to bed tonight.

This stuff is really inspiring. And if it has Oprah's seal of approval, there must be something to it.

I recommend downloading it to your computer, and if you have the software to make a Video CD or a DVD, do that and watch it full screen on your television. It is a lot better than watching the small WMV window.

I agree, the vision board segment gave me goosebumps. It was really awesome!

I've watched the clip now about ten times and I took some notes. Here are quotes I found to be very powerful:

On self-esteem: I'm the first example of how the world is to treat me.

On change: Nothing new can come, until you're grateful for right now. Let go of the old, so you can make room for the new. Empty what's in your hands, to leave space for what you want.

On attention: What you focus on, expands.
