Yeah, that could work. What I usually do is more visualization though. I may set an intention with words, but I'll picture myself having that pleasantly surprised feeling.

Lol. Eh.... I think a lot before I go to bed usually. So I just throw it in to the thought mix. Writing it down or stating your intention might be better for you though!

My procedure of late is just to do my best to repeat the intention, mantra-like, while trying to feel as good as possible...

OK, I said the same intention as the night before. This time I got a phone call from a job I bid two month back saying I'm sending the P.O # out to do the work. Must be finished and billed out before the end of November. Now for the surprise. The bid was just under $16, ooo dollars. This is so coo l.

The reason I do it at night is because I want to have a pleasant surprise the next day. It just seems like it gives more time for it to manifest if you give it a whole day. With meditating, it seems rushed... to me that is.

Ouch, sorry to hear that. The thing about this intention is that you need to make sure you're not in a bad mood or anything when you set it. Obviously, you want the intention to be as positive as possible. Sometimes I-M is tricky like that. You may intend something positive but have negative thoughts.

Tried this twice over the weekend, Friday and Saturday night. Ended up with free stuff both the next days.

Ok the first day it was just a free bag of dog food - but still - saved me 25 bucks

And the second day I got a gift certificate for a restaurant for spending a certain amount at a store. The cashier actually gave me 2, because I spend double the amount required. Said she "wasn't supposed to" - but did it anyways - I didn't even ask her to!

still waiting for todays surprise ...

well,here in my country i usually pick the euromillions?the one that you write 5numbers and two more as the stars.

so i dreamt about the two numbers,and they did got out!

this has happened to me 3 times,last week included!the day i asked for the surprise was friday and the numbers got out that night:i picked 3 numbers right!it gave me 10€.

not bad!

i think it starting to play at the lottery though...ive never thought that the numbers could have to do with the lotto.

I must say I've had some really interesting thing happen as a result of doing this! I have really enjoyed this exercise. Though I changed it to "wonderful suprise" b/c the first time I tried it I created an argument between my sis and mom which was sort of unexpected and exciting, not quite what I had in mind

One thing that happend just today was my finace said out of the blue that he was going to go get some running shoes so we can start training together. He was a runner in highschool and I was always the last, lol but have done sever boot camps this year and really love to run now. I have asked him severl times to get some shoes but he was never that intersted. This was truly out of the blue and I am really excited! We need this time together and its something fun for both of us!
