Some really strange manifestation

My credit is not worth a crap and hasn't been for years. My husband is terrible with money. He also desperately wanted a motorcycle and has for some time but we didn't have enough cash for one and certainly couldn't finance one. He found a picture of one that he liked that was a reasonable price and put a picture of it on his desk top. Being a Witch I wrote a petition to the universe and cast a spell thinking of how nice it would be for my husband to get what he wanted and knowing it was possible but unlikely.

Two weeks later a friend of ours says he has a surprise for him and drives over to the house to pick him up. He takes him over to the Honda Shop, leads him into the show room and says "Pick One."

He bought it but we do make the payments to him. Its the exact same one that was on my husbands desktop.

Around the same time this happened we had been complaining to each other that we didn't have any friends to run around and do things with. Everyone we hook up with ends up moving away. Thanks to the motorcycle we got involved with Bikers Against Child Abuse. Now when we go out with friends were all on motorcycles and there are 20 or more of us all hanging out together.

My husband lost his job. We were doing OK on unemployment but my husbands plans to really deck out the motorcycle were dashed by his lower income. We also needed a few things fixed around the house we couldn't afford. We headed down to Texas for an adoption ride looking forward to a weekend spent with friends doing good things kids who needed it while I imagined how nice it would be to have a 8 or 9 grand to fix up the bike a little better and get these things done. We were in a group of 50 motorcycles and a woman comes out of know where and hits us with her car. It was her fault and she had insurance. We were injured but not that bad. The money we got from the accident paid for everything my husband wanted on the bike except for the new louder pipes and we had enough left over to take care of the things and needed to be taken care of.

A couple of weeks after the bike was repaired we were returning from a trip to Hot Springs for the motorcycle rally. My husband was in front. We were up there for 4 days and I was driving the car. It was raining on our way back through the mountains and a deer jumped out in front of my husband. Thanks to the rain he was driving slower than usual and only got a little road rash on an elbow. The bike went down and with it some more damage. Thank goodness for full coverage insurance. The bike was fixed once again and Dennis talked to Honda dealership and managed to get the new pipes he wanted last time and was not able to get. Its so beautiful now. It was beautiful before but its really awesome now. We laugh when we talk about it. That bike is now worth more than the cost of both of our cars when they were new. If only we were as rich as that motorcycle makes us look.

A few weeks after this I was driving around hunting up garage sales and thinking how I would really love to have a huge sum of money just fall into our lap so I could pay the house and everything off and not have to worry about being unemployed quiet so much. I pulled in front of the big semi truck to my left (at a respectable distance). About 10 minutes later I stopped at a stop light and just happened to glance into my rear view mirror to notice that truck was not slowing down very fast. The driver turned at the last minute and was half way through the stop light before he got his truck stopped. I sat there in my worn out , 10 year old Corolla wondering how bad that could have been. I then expressed to the universe that while I wanted and needed more money I did not want to get it front the insurance companies of the people that hit me. We haven't had any accidents since (knock on wood). I'm still waiting for that big chunk of money to pay everything off with to fall into my lap though. . Maybe getting hit by cars was the shortest path for the universe to take.
