When I am trying to manifest something like a tenant for my rental property and all the while I am focusing on having a tenant.. when someone asks me if I have renters yet, and I answer that the property is not rented yet, does that put back the manifestation any? I have had my rental unit available for a while and very few takers.. though all of them do seem to be of the caliber renter I am looking for.. yet something always turns them away... I know to be patient and I do believe it is better to have no renter than a bad one...

I would suggest if anyone asks "has it been rented yet" that is a synchronicity.. I guess you could definitely call it that if they asked in conversation rather then called on your "add"

There are two methods to manifestation.. there is those that keep thinking about it.. and those that just launch it and leave it.. either method works.. but if you feel yourself hitting lots of walls of negativity.. you need to own those ideas and beliefs as that serves you best long term

I much prefer to launch and leave it.. I guess the idea is that the rules of reality are very strict.. you have to meet a renter through your add.. not be walking down the street and randomly crash into them.. (just 1 example of a myriad of possibilities )

The idea is the universe works best by not being restricted.. it's the equivalent to letting it come through a keyhole or through a whole wall

IMO, try to frame the answer in a positive way. Instead of saying "the property is not rented yet" you could say "It is in the process" or "it is being taken care of" or "don't worry, they are coming". something like that.

When you say it is not being rented yet, you are putting an intention to that effect.

I wouldn't worry so much about that. If a person goes to see a good doctor (one who knows this kind of stuff) with some kind of disturbance, the doctor will acknowledge the disturbance but then focus on getting the patient well. Seems like you are doing the same thing.

You are focusing on the place being rented.

Just write a list:
My Perfect Tenants
pay on time
friendly
quiet
respectful
love the place
etc...


and focus on that.

I was thinking something along the lines of what cacheborn suggested.
Here are some other possible responses to questions about if you have renters:

“Well, things are cooking… and I have a good feeling about it because I keep getting people (answering my ad) which are just the type I like. So I’m confident and have a very good feeling (about it)!”

To me, thinking or saying something like, “I have a good feeling about it…” seems to really help in whatever I’m manifesting.

It’s important to make statements (to yourself or others) that affirm (or don’t contradict) your positive expectancy. Sometimes, in conversation, people emphasize the negative or exchange moaning-stories. It’s crucial to avoid doing that!
