Default Best techniques when too busy?

At the moment at work seems too much to do & not enough time. But I am also feeling bad about it - ALTHOUGH thanks to this forum and some work by me LOA wise I DO feel better about my job than I WAS feeling. So when I am doing these tasks what can I do to feel better about it and about my workload? Paperwork stuff. Thanks in advance - I know there is the "Universal manager thing but when I am doing these things I don't even have time to do that I don't have time literally to eat lunch most workdays. Looking forward to some great replies hip hip hooray & P.S. I DO appreciate the holidays I get and that I have evenings & weekends free! (And no I am NOT doing extra work THEN NOT an option!

Shift your workload to the manager.. if I ever got the quote right according to abraham.. "there is more power in 20 seconds of pure thought than 10,000 man hours"

How about a intention "I would like my work to be at ease with my abilities to handle it"

Just don't shift to being not busy and realize you liked being busy

I agree with Themaster, if you perceive yourself being too busy and not having time it is what you will get - too much to do in a lack of time. So instead of giving you a shortcut to use I suggest you shift your thinking into "I have all the time I need to accomplish all I want to do and leave the rest to my "manager"" it works! I am never late, I have time for everything and the things I left for my manager to do are done in ways I could not even imagine, and I have one huge imagination!!!!
