  |  Physical sensations when 'in the flow'
I feel I've made some quite good progress in this stuff this last couple of weeks. When I'm 'fully in the flow' about intentions etc, I get a slight tingling sensation in my armpits and kind of 'feel' like that Leonardo Da Vinci picture of a person in a circle this one with arms and legs stretched out in a sort of X shape and feel the 'manifestation' field lines flowing through me. I get a form of 'communication' I allowed/created.. nope I get no tingling.. shivers however should also be considered communication  technically even emotions are..
