I've heard of one guy regrowing his hairline, here is the link MANIFESTING FAR BEYOND THE logically IMPOSSIBLE IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!! - Powerful Intentions: Law of Attraction Community he basically said he meditated every night and felt the feeling of having hair and visualized throughout the day. He said he wrote a list down of all the times he worried and felt hopeless about hair loss, such as looking in the mirror and the wind blowing his hair back, and then visualized the opposite. Apparently he found this hard at first so he visualized growing a goaty at first, and grew one successfully within two weeks much quicker than normal. So basically visualize, meditate do whatever you can to muster as much feeling as you can of yourself having a full head of hair, and let go of worry. As for products stay away from hair growth drugs and lotions such as propecia and rogaine they are expensive and potentially dangerous to your health, and aren't guaranteed to work for everyone. Don't get hair transplants, again very expensive plus people can tell you've had a hair transplant, pretty much everything out there is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in terms of products, don't buy any of that herbal crap, or any product that magically claims to grow your hair back, it won't. |

This is the regimen that helped me tremendously: - Propecia (1x per day, buy the generic brand Finpecia instead to save a lot of money) - Rogaine foam (2x per day, morning and night) - Nizoral shampoo (2x per week) It's not a complicated routine and judging from everything I've read and tried relating to hair loss, this seems to be the most effective. Of course, positive visualization and meditation will help as well, but I wouldn't rely on the LOA alone to regrow your hair unless you are very, very skilled. |

Stop worrying about hair loss. Stop fearing hair loss. Stop telling yourself stories about how horrible and socially debilitating hair loss is. Stop basing parts of your self-esteem on whether you have a full head of hair or not. Intend a full head of hair--but stop needing to have a full head of hair. While you're waiting to see results (and it might take many months), don't obsess over whether your hair will grow back or not. Don't keep looking in the mirror for evidence that it's growing back. Don't keep worrying whether your intentions are working or not. In fact, shave your head; it will make whatever is happening (or not happening) to your scalp follicles a total non-issue. Let go of the need to have any hair at all. Embrace baldness, and discover whatever advantages it may hold. Go without hair long enough, and you might find that you no longer even know whether your natural hairline has advanced or receded. And maybe your hair will grow back. And maybe it won't. But by then, your ego will no longer be so invested in having hair, so it won't really matter. I'm not being facetious, either. It's the same advice I'd give someone who has struggled to lose weight and can't seem to get or keep it off. You're afraid of being fat? You can't love your body because it's fat? You're convinced that your life will be a miserable failure as long as you are fat? Then your challenge is to be fat, to own fat, to make fat work. It's to honor the body you're in right now, as it is--rather than postponing happiness, beauty, pleasure, love, and gratitude until after your body has come fully into line with your ego's demands. |

Someone here did something like that: Rather shocking.... Please look I tried his sound clip thing for something else . . . I can't really tell if it worked because what I was trying to manifest seems to have worked out, but it worked when I stopped listening to the recording after a couple weeks and focused on relaxing more. Though I still kinda listen to that recording sometimes for fun. |

Use the suggestions previously mentioned and I would add start taking these supplements. Biotin 1000mcg 2x day MSM 1000 mg 1x day Vitamin B complex I've been using this along with eating more fresh fruit and vegetables for two weeks now and I can see my hair is healthier. I feel that besides genetics, poor nutrition contributes to hair loss. |

I think aside from the aesthetic angle of hair loss, your overall health should be considered. Get some lab work done especially Free vs Total testosterone levels(Saliva Test). These days, we're seeing younger men coming up testosterone deficient. If caught early enough, it could be addressed with HRT. Good Luck |

Hey, MacFly.. I know you're out there and I'm thinking about your problem.. I don't have anything in the way of instant "teacher" knowledge on your exact SUBJECT.. so here's my thought of the day.. I think you should go see a "teacher", go meet a shaman.. If hair is so important to you.. travel the world, the universe.. wherever and go and find someone to give you some truth and allowance about it.. go see a doctor if you can't deal in this spiritual hooey And I ain't trying to start you another pity party.. as that ain't that fun to listen to you not listening.. but here is some LOVE and advice for you.. okay? |

*Note* - I myself have a receding hairline, and I think the crown is thinning also. OK, that being said, you guys using LOA to grow your hair are putting your focus on the wrong place. For one thing, you are focusing on lack of hair. By focusing so much on growing hair, you are putting intense focus on your hair, and your bad feelings are reinforced. In my humble opinion, if you think baldness makes you unattractive, you should focus your LOA on your attractiveness. Attract your own attractiveness. Get interested in a cause, join a group that helps others, be involved in something greater than yourself and your hair. Use LOA to attract self confidence, which ultimately is what you percieve a full head of hair gives you. I can tell you something, you can attract plenty of desirable women if you are engaging, smile, have a sense of humor, have interests, are self confident, no matter what you look like. You may not be able to control your hair, but there are plenty of other controllable areas of your life, your physical condition, your clothes, your smile, your self confidence, your ability to speak easily with people, your success, your wealth. Take your negative focus off of your hair, and put your LOA positive attraction on the things I've just mentioned, and hair will no longer be a problem. I spend zero time thinking about my hair. Do you think Bruce Willis has a problem getting laid by Italian supermodels? |

Yes, this is true, you have to imagine your head think dont think of a receding hairline instead think of your thick full hair line.(Yes refer to your hair as think and full. Because that's what you have right? Its only a matter of a couple of months so why not start calling it that) Think of your hair being full and attractive and from there you can work on your smile and what not. | |
