Default Releasing unconsious thoughs

Hi all,

I would like to manifest some more financial abundance in my life.. could be millions, could be something slightly less outragious.. But enough for me not to go through the entire cycle of more money, debt, more money debt.

However.. (here comes the tricky part) consiously I have nothing against having money. I like money. I particilary like what I can do with money. I like giving gifts to people. I like going traveling, buying books, making my husband happy with smoothies every day etc etc.

Unconsiously this might be a different thing. When I was very yougn my parents didn't have a lot of money, but everybody seemed very happy.

When they started to make more money, they (and in turn I) became very very unhappy.

How do I change a believe that I don't know that I have consiously, but I have unconciously?

I know that something is stopping me from having money because everytime I do, something happens and it is all gone.

Not just bad financial management (and I am working on this one), but unexpected bills, less income unexpectely, to self sabotage in making money.

Any advice on how to fix this myself? Unfortunately I have no money right now to get some NLP or other person to help me (how ironic isn't it...)

Do you see around you examples of people who had/have more money but are happy? What happened to your parents doesn't have to happen to everyone. And maybe it's not the money that changed them.
On the other hand, I'm sure you can see people who don't have (enough ) money but are still happy as well as those who aren't.

Are you afraid that by having more of it you'll be unhappy (as your parents) ? Or, do you feel you 'deserve' a lifestyle that more money could, in your opinion, offer you?

I'm sure someone will offer a practical advice you can use. Those are the question that popped into my mind first.

Good luck!!

Thank you for your answer anyway!

All your questions above... Yes, I know with my mind that I am worth of money. I know that there are a lot of happy people who have money (right now, my mom is one of them). I DO deserve a lifestyle that money could afford.

Yet, something is blocking me, and I get the feeling that it is the unconsious link that I have made between the two (or maybe another link altogethher... how would I know, if I don't know... if that still makes any sense)

Maybe you should manifest the things/feelings a lot of money would bring to you and not so much the money it self. For me it means the feeling of being safe. So I manifest safety as an overall state. And it helps. When ever something happens that makes me feel financially "unsafe" I repeat a mantra of things always being just right, and they are at the end. This is what I do. I was raised in abundance without the talk about money, but my father had this idea about it making people very unhappy. He came from a very poor family so he has lost millions of dollars on stock market crashes in the past 50 years.

I have found manual muscle testing helpful in finding out what the unconscious blocks are. If you can find someone who does energy healing they would probably be experienced in it.

Oh - sorry. I just notice on your post about not being able to do that ... I should have read it more carefully the first time.

I've read this sentence again. I know the feeling when you are aware of something blocking you, you can almost feel it ''sitting'' in your stomach, however you cannot pinpoint it and name it.
You say every time you have money something happens and it's gone, are you aware of the moment when this ''something'' happens, do you think certain things, have certain feelings? maybe first you could just pay more attention to what thoughts and feelings (and where) come up just before you feel the money is gone again.

There are innumerable ways to dig up your core blocks around money. But it's usually wise to simply release on what you are experiencing in the moment. The belief that there are significant subconscious blocks around money is in and of itself a limiting belief. It may not even be true. I'd recommend letting go of that.

But also, there seems to be an attachment to money that is prevalent here. Check to see if you are lusting over it. Strong desire comes from an underlying feeling of lack and that's what is projected whenever we "want" something. It's helpful and effective to let go of your attachments and aversions to money. When you are emotionally neutral to it, you're in an ideal position to receive.

In the members' area of my site, I have a free audio program available for download that was designed for releasing limitation around any goal. It uses Sedona Method processes to do so. It's 38 minutes long and can be used to really stir up and release deep rooted concepts of limitation. Lots of people have had good success with it. Totally free if you're interested.

Hi all,

I just had another lightning moment... If I keep this up I will be glowing in the dark soon

I realised that i have been focussing on learning and improving myself lately. This has been the reason of my exsistence in the last few months.

The period when I learned the most about myself and when I improved the most, was also the period where I lost a lot of money. I have been working on accepting this, and actually accepted it as part as my "fee" for education... So now I want to learn more.. and I guess I sort-of manifested the "fee" again as well...

I am going to focus on how I want to feel, not the money anymore. The money in itself is not important, it is what you can do that matters.

(my realisation came when reading this topic: Why is the universe so dumb?)

The exact same thing happens to me as well. When it comes to bringing more money into my life, I have not been very effective...up to this point. I'd really like to learn how to uncover these unconscious blocks to manifesting more money into my life.

can I ask you guys if you EVER manifested anything before? All this money manifestation wishing has peculiarly come about during a world financial crisis, see any connections? And I've seen a documentary about lottery winners, most end up crashing and dieing in their Ferraris hopped up on coke, maybe 1 out 10 has a happy ending where they continue living a humble life, why is that?

and it seems like you guys are automatically assuming you are doing something wrong yourself, blaming yourself for everything. It's not your fault, at least I don't think so. I don't think it's healthy to think everything good or bad in your life is all your fault.

I happen to disagree with this..

I do think that everything that happens to me in my life is a direct result from my actions or inactions. That doesn´t mean i am to blame for stuff, or it is my fault. It is simply a consequence of my actions or inactions. (thoughts are actions too is what I am trying to wrap my head around right now, intuitively it sounds right, but goes agains everything that is tought so it takes some time).

I like what ALG said about this:

A baby that is learning to walk, is standing up trying a few steps, then falling down again, hitting her head in the process. Is this a result of her actions? YES, nobody pushed her. Is she to blame for hitting her head or falling down? NO, it is just part of the learning process.

Not really... Not for me personally anyway. It is just a coincidence that I found this forum now. Since I am ignoring the entire crisis, there can be no connection.

My issues with money and financial abundance come from a time way before the crisis. I have yet to experience true financial freedom and abundance. The type where I am sure to be able to pay the rent next month I have had, but not the type where I can just book a last-minute holiday without worring about the cash for it (or better said, having the cash for it).

Thumbs up A way to detect unconscious thoughts

Dear Ssandra

I'm replying to the first post you made in this thread.

I find writing "Detect one unconscious thought" - on a paper and writing "10" below it every night before I sleep - if I have detected an unconscious thought during a day which I had earlier identified with completely, very ruitful. I see that when every night I am intent on putting a 10, automatically during the day - while thinking about, say money - I will get a thought which says - but this is just my belief, it is not the truth - do I want to keep this belief, and I will smile.

You could try it or a week and see if it helps at all.

One interesting article about detecting disempowering unconscious beliefs is 6 Steps to Eliminate Limited Beliefs | Think Simple Now » 6 Steps to Eliminate Limited Beliefs

All the very, very best.

LOL, yes.

I could make a list of my successful manifestations here, but it would be embarrassingly long.

Sandra:

I would like to share with you a certain mental technique that may help, for your situation. It sounds bizarre, but some people swear by it. The good thing is that it costs no money and very little effort.

You carry out the method at night, right before you go to bed. The answer will come in your dreams, or it will reveal itself by synchronicities, the next day when you wake up.

It's called the glass of water technique. More info:

glass of water technique - Google Search

I have only used it once, and not with a very serious issue - I did it really just for the sake of experimenting. However, the answer came within two hours of me waking up the next morning.
