I'm interested in any concepts or practices any of you make use of to remain in the Now moment. One of the ones that I use at times is thinking and feeling that I'm a tiered water fountain, like 3 or 4 levels, and that when the water shoots out of the top that's me (my awareness) coming into existence at that very moment. Another: That I'm (my awareness-of-being) is a computer software program that just got executed this very split second, With 'memories' and other 'thoughts' intact, programmed in. So basically, via these concepts, each moment is a brand new moment of existence with no hang-ups or baggage. They have worked for me some of the time. Looking for others to add to my collection of EverNow moment tools. Thank you! |

A couple ideas that helped me: - Time itself is a mental concept only and does not really exist. "Now" doesn't either, it's more accurate to say "Always". - Focusing on awareness or the "I am" thought helps keep you in the Now; regardless of what changes in content occurs, you are always with the unchanging context - from David Deida's work, the concept of you're either being love/openness, or you're being fearful/closed, in every moment. By completely opening and baring your heart/soul/body/mind with no trace of fear whatsoever, you stay completely in the present without your mind filtering/coloring your experiences |

| Wow, Ethereal, Rock on! Because those are great! All three feel really good. I can see using "Always" as a Switchword in any situation. I feel the expansiveness of my be-ing, in the moment of Now, when I say it. So that does bring it up notch for sure. Thanks for responding with such fantastic ideas. Keep 'em coming, folks. |

| I've been using "Always" these past weeks and it's been great. Sometimes I have to think about it for a moment to get to the feeling but it's incredibly effective. Especially if I think about it in conjunction with the concepts taught by Steve P. about subjective reality. |
