Is anything really possible ??

ive been at this manifesting thing for about a year now and i know quite a bit.

Ive read books talking about how were all just a field of energy with infinite possibilities until we use our consciousness to create a certain reality.

I am wanting to get into acting. My intention is to get a job acting in a TV show in the UK. Now i live in the US and im not 18 yet.

I suddenly had an inspiration to start a profile on a casting call site today. I felt really good about it and asked my mom what she thought about it.

And she says something along the lines of....... " Ok if you find a part what are we going to do when i have to miss work to take you to this audition all the way across the ocean that thousands of people are auditioning for ?"





That sounded really stupid. her way of thinking is very limited it seems. It made me feel bad at first but then i got to thinking...

What is more powerful ? An infinite intelligence that controls life and death, luck, the movement of the planets and synchronicity or my mother ?

My first instinct was to think my mother but im not so sure she can match the power here.



So what does everyone think about this ? Is there a possibility that we can do the impossible by some small little coincidence that ends up changing your life ?


Can i go across the ocean to act in a TV show that becomes a hit ?

Find stories of someone who has done just that... Search out actors telling their stories of it happening to them... What one man can do, another can do.

As we cycle out of this transition.. limited thinking and ideas are going to be pushed aside by us that recognize "new energy" and "new age" sounds to me like your one of those people with abilities turned on and born/incarnated for this change..

Trust your own guidance and your own self.. you are more powerful.. if your mother chooses to be limited.. appreciate her for limited ideas that help you stay clear to your goals.. you can show her the way by leading by example.. (if she chooses)

I think everything and anything is possible.. follow your excitement.. if that's acting in a tv show in the uk.. then do so.. there is this guy I know of who is a american acting in the uk..

Closest I can think is a woman.

I think that many success stories happen this way. Its definitely IM and strong belief in herself that she could indeed become a professional dancer not submitting to minor obstacles.

A few months ago I decided to get involved with voice acting because stage acting was a little too much for me right now.

I didn't exactly know the process to becoming one so I used IM to find a voice actor that acted for various television shows. Soon an opportunity came out of nowhere when I was able to contact the person online.
I had no clue of how to start voice acting so I asked a few times and was told I had to find a voice acting agent first. Its been a couple months since then and I'm still trying to use IM to find one.

Just tossing a similar experience out there

I do think anything is possible; whether acting in the UK or US is what you want is your decision not your mothers. An opportunity will come if you stay involved with your desire to act.

If you truly want it, then find a way to get there without your mom having to miss work.

Her perspective is tainted by having to put food on the table for you. Don't forget that when calling her "limited." Luckily, she has those limited beliefs or you'd be dead now and pondering nothing.

Manifesting works better when you can truly learn what gratitude is...

Just curious, why the UK? Not to discourage you, but I would imagine you would have lots of competition from young British actors that can do an American accent if necessary. And if you would try to play a Brit, do you have the dialect chops?

I'm wondering why you don't want to try NY, LA or even closer to your own hometown. Lots of cities have their own talent agencies and acting venues. You can try to gain experience locally and build up your resume. You might have to start in theater and amateur productions but this will increase your skills and make you more marketable to TV and film producers. I've also read that because it's now so expensive to film in Hollywood anymore, film/TV shows are branching out much more to shoot in other U.S. cities and Canada and they do use local actors and extras.
