What are your daily LOA practices? Mine are: - looking at my visualization board as soon as I wake up and visualizing certain items on it (it's hanging on the wall next to my bed, it's the first thing I see in the a.m. and last thing I see p.m. - journaling including gratefuls and intentions. What about you? What do you do each day for LOA / IM? |

I always, always journal the things I am grateful for every morning while I drink my coffee. I try to get up before the rest of the house so that I can journal in peace and quiet. I am really good about pretending I have whatever it is that I want. In fact, sometimes I use this "pretending" as an outlet to stress (I am home with kids all day). I usually end up doing this once or twice a day. I visualize during the kiddos naptime. It is my escape and I look forward to what I am going to visualize all day. In the evening I like to write "stories" about myself living the manifestation. Usually I write what I have visualized that afternoon. I describe everything in great detail. |

I do a bit of meditation almost every day. It's usually not very serious. In fact most often it's something like lying in bed for an extra 10 or 15 minutes after I wake up, to meditate. I write about my goals & intentions frequently. I have little notebooks where I constantly scribble down notes about what I would like to be, do or have. The notebooks also double up as a basic "to-do" list, where I jot down tasks and chores I need to attend to. Every so often, as existing goals get achieved and new goals arise, I tear out the old pages and write out my list again. I keep a personal blog detailing my many little LOA experiments. So over time, I have developed a pretty good idea of what works, or doesn't work, for me. I do hardcore manifesting maybe only once or twice a week. By hardcore manifesting, I mean something like setting aside a specific period of time - 15 minutes to an hour - in a quiet place, to do visualising/meditation on two to four specific intentions. I incorporate positive thinking into many of my little daily routines. Eg if I am walking from Point A to Point B, in my mind I may select a specific goal or intention, and then as I walk, I try to come up with 10 positive, constructive or useful thoughts about that goal/intention. I exercise frequently. Regular exercise is a good way to burn off anxiety, stress and worry. And managing your emotional health is a vital part of using the LOA effectively. Oh, I also take action on my goals. |
