Default How to Manifest

Okay, so I'm really going at this IM full swing now. I've got some manifestation meditations from Dr. Wayne Dyer and they seem pretty nice. During this meditation, I visualize myself in all of the situations I want to manifest, trying to add as many senses and details as possible. I act it all out in (usually) 1st person.

Now I'm just thinking about these situations like I always do when I day dream. Is this good? I haven't written anything out, nor have I said anything aloud. Should I do those as well? I would think it's a good idea, but I'm just wondering.

Also when I'm writing/visualizing, should I be specific as possible? For example, I'm getting a new apartment. Should I just say "I have a new apartment near the beach", or rather "I have a 2 bedroom apartment, 10 minutes from the beach that's on this street with that color etc." You know, give specifics. Will that help/speed up, or not make any difference?

Finally, when I'm imagining my new place, I kind of add all my intentions together with it. Like I'll see myself playing on the beach and surfing, playing with a band at my house, having women I want to date at my place, my new friends at my house; all of which are intentions in themselves, but I suppose I'm picturing a new lifestyle. Should I say instead, "I am easily and quickly establishing for myself a new lifestyle that includes... I do this and this, I have this and this.. etc"? Should I go back and forth between them, do them all, or what?

I know what I want, I just don't know the best way to go about IM-ing it. I also don't really have any limiting beliefs that I can't get any of these, I'm like "why not? home come I can't date this many women, make this much money, and live on the beach?" I don't see any good reason why it's not possible, and thus I'm sure that helps, aye?

There's good news and bad news.

First the bad news.

There is no 'one size fits all' technique to IM, goal achievement or getting what you desire.

What works for me, will probably not work for you.

While it's not essentially bad news, it can be frustrating because you'll follow a path that someone else has laid out and it may not work, it's not the wrong path, just not the best path for you.

Now the Good news.

You will find the best path that is right for you, it will feel right and it will work.

It's one of those things where everyone and their dog can make suggestions, but you need to take all the info and make it gel for you.

Hey Andrew,

I've been using W. Dyer's tape on off for the last 8 years.

In the begining I felt reluctant doing it every single day because I always got to a point where I became bored with the meditation...I got an insight not long ago...and that is to focus on the feeling of the end result....I'll share it with you for what it is worth...

Instead of thinking of an object i.e. a red car, I would think of the feeling I would have when I get the red car. I do something that I call life vision manifestation and instead of getting lost within the bits and pieces I hold a broad image of what my life will look like once I achieve my goals and dreams - it can be any image that has a meaning for you - but most of all I hold on to the feeling - the feling of the end result throughout my mediation.

As you probably know listening to Dyer expressing gratitude is an essential component of the art of allowing so instead of doing Dyer's affirmations I say this one over and over:
'I live a life filled with spiritual fulfillement and abundance - all that I need comes to me, I am truly grateful...

presumably if you stick at something for eight years you must have some faith in it?

what have you achieved or what do you attribute to this practice?

Every aspect of my life, the where and the how are the exact manifestation of the thoughts I project - bigger things like a house; exactly as I wanted took a year. the ultimate house I am thinking of will probably take 3 years to manifest, I've always felt reluctant to manifest money, I have money issues and I am working on them but this been said I lead a comfortable life, I live on my own in a comfortable house and I don't have to work for a living.

This is what I do - I think about something and then I forget about or I just tell myself I don't mind if I don't get coz maybe there's something better out there for me. Then voila! I get exactly what I wanted.

Okay, I haven't manifested huge things like lots of money, or a car, or a house...yet. I don't think my mind is conditioned to it yet, but I will get there.

Well, my method is very oversimplified, but it works for me.

Be a kid, imagine everything! Writing it out and saying it out loud helps, because your putting your focus on it and letting the energy out into the universe. Be deatiled as possibly, remember the more you focus and the more energy you out into it the better.

I use several methods.

1) a written and recorded LifeVision of all areas...the way my ideal life looks like
2) 10 minutes prior to jumping out of bed to just visualize me at PEAK.

75-80% of my written and recorded LifeVision typically comes to fruition (YES, I keep track because it's my business )

about 40-50% of my visualizations in the morning come to fruition.(If they aren't part of the LifeVision) I think the difference is that the written and recorded LifeVision is visited DAILY while I rotate around with the visualizations. 10 minutes just doesn't cut it to cover all aspects of my life, so I don't hit everything I want every single day.

I like both methods.

I coached a client today that was very specific in how she allocated all her money (that she was trying to manifest). But I gently reminded her that her written affirmation was all theory until she actually made a step in that direction. In her case she needed to go to the bank and have an automatic deposit into her stock/securities account. She can visualize all day that there is money going into that account, but unless she takes a few steps in that direction....it ain't gonna happen!

just imagine how you would live if you had achieved your goal i.e. if you want a particular house be as specific as possible, imagine yourself living your everyday life in that house, imagine what the colors of the wall would be, where the furniture is etc...

It isn't enough to write it down, you have to visualize it too
