Default Inner block

hi people

if any of you experienced this, I'd appreciate some help

I came a long way in this IM, PD, spirituality thing. I started with the secret, tried it, didn't really worked, used LoA, had an average success, found Tolle's PoN, which really changed my life, for real.

Now I'm at peace, not for minutes, hours or days, but for months. I feel good.

Then, why I need help? well, I really don't, just want to know if anyone has something about this subject, which is the Inner Block in me.

Now, while I'm sitting here, I have at least 8-10 idea in my mind how to have fun, how to do something good, how to manifest good and successful things, but simply, I don't do it. Sound strange, huh? But that's it, I don't do it. Instead of that, I'm still sitting here and do nothing.

Why is that? It feels like a big stone on my chest that doesn't let me to do anything. Plus, I can't really identify what is this. Don't matter how I try.

Yeah I have painful experiences from my childhood, a lot, but I feel like I don't care about them. I'm calm, peaceful and aware. But it feels like the past is still in my somewhere hidden, and I'm not free.

Of course, when I decide to really be in the moment, and to be present, it disappears, but it comes back.

Sorry if it's hard to understand, but it's really hard to describe.

Thanks in advance

I had a feeling of a big weight in my chest, and I hadn't even consciously realized it was there until I released sadness -- again, it was sadness I hadn't even realized I'd been carrying around.

I drove home from that session and felt suddenly like I had 1/3 more lung capacity -- I was taking big, deep, refreshing breaths -- and I felt kind of "sore" as if I were using muscles that had been atrophied for awhile. The soreness disappeared by the next morning, and the deep breath capacity remained.

It felt great.

Wow... That is exactly what I am going through and working on at the moment (no progress yet, so no advice, i'm sorry to say).

The only difference is that I feel as if my body gets controlled by this other person in me who just does nothing, and you feel a block on your chest holding you down...

Would that just be 2 different ways of discribing it, or would there be 2 different causes for the same result?

It's good to see people who know what I'm talking about. I feel it in my chest, I can laugh, can do anything, but still, deep down I suffer and I can't be really free.

Years ago, I had a similar feeling of weight in my chest for about a month. I couldn't breathe as well as normal. It was created by the sadness I was experiencing after splitting up with my ex-fiancee. It went away when my sadness was replaced with happiness. As I gradually became happy again, the feeling subsided. Interesting how our emotions affect our body, isn't it?
