Default The missing part of the secret...

I don't understand why they suppress this information (well maybe i do), but the key is mastering breathe control in meditation...

It is not a joke when the masters say the answers are inside of you...

Anyone heard of a kundalini? That is a whole other topic but lets focus on mastering The Law of attraction first, it is the step right under a kundalini experience...

It is all about breathe control, it involves simple math and science...

Im not going to get into the physical effects, lets just get right to it...

While you are meditating take 3 calm and controlled breathes a minute, 10 seconds in 10 seconds out, now heres the catch, you have to do this for 60 minutes...

It is alot harder than it sounds unless you are an experienced meditator, were talking real Bruce Lee stuff here...

Dont take my word for it though read up on it, there is a book by Dr. Alim Bey called "outer the womb inner the mind", check it out it is a great read...He will explain where the method comes from and how it works in better detail...

I bet Pavlina knows of this method, i wonder why he does not talk about it more?

I've done 30 minutes of 'consciously connected breathing', as well as 60 of meditating, so I may as well give this a try...

Yeah, that's the missing part of this thread.

Hey Infinte7,

I definitely agree that meditation is related to LOA.

...But Kundalini looks like some pretty serious stuff! I'm obviously not an expert, but just by reading about it, I would personally think twice before trying to attempt it without some sort of teacher. I am finding a lot of websites that list Kundalini Complications similar to these.

I'm usually not a "nay-sayer", and I'm all for trying something new, but just be careful that you don't get a "premature Kundalini eruption"!!

I agree. If you're not breathing, you're probably not manifesting much of anything either.

I have had two kundalini experiences with meditation that resulted in instantaneous manifestations which were not good. So I take it slow.

My meditation teacher says that some people are able to conjure kundalini more effortlessly but have no control over it. She recommends guided mediations for me. Which I agree are more practical and have better results, for me.

Default So thats where im doing it wrong

Im still in the early learning stages of meditation. My mind tends to panic sometimes thinking iv stopped breathing all together why i start to extend into longer breaths.

I also tend to confuse myself over when i am consciously breathing or when my mind is forcing my body to breath a specific way. I think I'm trying to get the right rhythm but my mind is deliberately analysing it all to see if its working right.

One time i got really into the flow... then my leg got that pins and needles causing slow blood flow. So i was resisting the irritation trying to regain balance it didn't work had to stop to give my leg and foot a good rub to get the circulation back.

Think of it like this, the average person breathes 18 breathes a minute, everything is energy and has to do with polarization...So when you are breathing at that rate everything in the so-called external moves to slow, your manifestions, your energy...

When you slow down your breathing the external speeds up and you can manifest alot quicker...LOA is always working for us, just not as fast as we like, alot of people will die before they get to manifest their desires...

This is what Tai Chi, Qi Qong, Reiki, and Pranic masters are revealing to us today...

I agree with what everyone is saying about the kundalini, you need to be spiritually, emotionally, and mentally ready, we are talking about powerful forces, you could spontaneously combust...

In my opinion this is what 2012 is all about, a shifting in consciousness, of the planet and its inhabitants... So in other words our planet is about to have its own kundalini experience...

Dont force it, just let it come natural, its easier for some and harder for others, there is nothing wrong with that...

Really, is the breathe control important when raising the kundalini, I have been told that it is a breathe per minute technique, 30 seconds in, 30 seconds out for 72 minutes, is that correct?

It is funny that alot of people I talk to in the states about this and confirm, live in North Carolina, do you happen to know a Dr. Alim Bey, he owns a bookstore down there called The Culture and Freedom...

I wasn't trying to raise it. I'd rather have less intense, more peaceful mediations and if kundalini is what I experienced, I'll pass...at least in this stage of my game. I was also told to use protection and grounding stones. Which I do.

NC has a big metaphysical population but you wouldn't know that based on how ignored our state is by the major gurus when they tour. Particularly Raleigh/Chapel Hill and far to the west, Asheville. It seems Dr Al Bey lives in Fayetteville which is about an hour from me. I have never been to his store.

I think its what's exactly natural that i find difficult to become familiar with. I know nothing is wrong. Theres just difficulty which just means it takes longer to get into a familiar practice to me. Its like as soon as you become aware your breathing is important awareness focuses or stares directly at the breathing process and thinking about staying normal leads to confusion on whats going right but i keep practising
