manifesting a person you have no contact with:

I have yet to read the articles here on intention manifestation, so I greatly, greatly apologize as this has no doubt been covered. I intend to read them when I get more time later tonight, but I wanted to ask this question in the meantime.

I started listening to this audiobook today where the guy is talking about how you can make things a reality through your subconscious during prayer. I had seen people here mention intention-manifestation so this seemed like what he was speaking of, without the necessity of the prayer part obviously. (if this isn't what intention manifestation is, then i greatly apologize - i will read when i get home.)

so moving forward with this assumption, it makes total sense how you can yourself become certain things by manifesting them. like for instance if you visualize yourself as having learned a certain language, it makes perfect sense that it would be easier for you to learn that as these are things completely under your own control.

i think i have also skimmed some threads here where people are talking about getting a girl through this - but even here, since you have contact with the person, there is some sort of attraction radiated.

but what about if you have no contact with the person at all

what i am asking is. let's say there is a girl in another city you have met before. you have tried to talk to her yourself and also through a friend but she wasn't interested. is there a way this works where you can get her? what would be required is somehow sending the impulse in her mind, to open dialogue with this person who she probably barely remembers exists and who is in a different city.

how would this work?
