how to stay focused?
 
I usually have this problem. say I want something and I know why I want it and it feels right to me, so I ask for it. and then while I wait for the seed to "grow" I get attacked by doubts all the time. maybe it's my Libra sign trying to weigh all pros and cons.. but it makes me frustrated to doubt all the time - what if when I get it it won't be that good, what if that and what if this.. blah blah blah.. and that's my main problem, I can't stay focused as I'm always doubting..and i know that this way I'm holding my wish back and make it hard to manifest...

Perhaps you should try meditatation, or any focus-improving exercise.

I use a lot of abraham's ideas seems to have stopped my ego from even going there ;)

- Take the least resistant thought
- Reach for the best feeling thought

I would suggest learning segment intending.. if you can adopt that idea ;)

Spend some time each day focusing on what you want. As Abraham says, go into your workshop (i.e. a place where you spend time focusing on what you want) each day for 15 minutes at a time. This will make your wanting and attraction stronger as well as helping you get clearer about what you want. Make sure to put yourself in a good vibe before beginning this exercise.

Themaster reminded me of something, you can also reach for a better feeling thought. When you catch yourself doubting or feeling negative, think of something that makes you feel better.
