Healing Experience & Exercise

I wanted to share a healing experience I just had right now and the exercise that went along with it.

For years I have heard a low ring in my ears whenever there was no outer noise around. It was such a low ring though that it didn't really bother me except for when I would sleep at night (usually there is always some noise to drown it out). Tonight I finally had enough of the ringing and told myself, "Tony, you know how to heal this." This is what I did.

I laid down, took a few deep breaths, and proceeded to bring forth all of the negative things I had heard from the past. One major negative event at a time came forth and I would take that negative event and replace it with a positive one. For instance, if I was a kid and an adult was telling me I was stupid, I would take that event and have the adult tell me how great and loveable I am.

After I finished, I opened my eyes and realized the ringing was gone. In fact, my ears felt incredibly clean after the experience. What is going on in your outer life is simply a reflection of what is going on in your inner life. Heal the inner and the outer will change.

You're also welcome to believe you can heal it too... :)
