 |  I Don't Want
I was getting clear right now on what I wanted from life so I did the following exercise. I grabbed a pen and paper and at the top of the paper wrote "I Don't Want" and proceeded to list all of the things that I don't want from life. When you know what you don't want it's easier to know what you do want (it's just the opposite). So many people get stuck for years and years writing (in their minds) what they don't want. I would say you can write down what you don't want once in a blue moon, and then immediately refocus on what you do want. Use the negative contrast of this world to bounce off only...careful, its kind of like a tarbaby. |
