I Don't Want
I was getting clear right now on what I wanted from life so I did the following exercise. I grabbed a pen and paper and at the top of the paper wrote "I Don't Want" and proceeded to list all of the things that I don't want from life.
When you know what you don't want it's easier to know what you do want (it's just the opposite).
I leave you with Bobby McFerrin's song "Don't Worry - Be Happy"

So many people get stuck for years and years writing (in their minds) what they don't want.
I would say you can write down what you don't want once in a blue moon, and then immediately refocus on what you do want.
Use the negative contrast of this world to bounce off only...careful, its kind of like a tarbaby.
