I know this is SO weird but whenever i masturbate or look at porn, i feel really guilty as if ive done something bad and like i feel as though i don't deserve the things i want to manifest....how do i get out of this mindset?

TIME Techniques! (timeline therapy). Sounds like you've got a doozy of a limiting decision, probably back from when you very small. Time to dismantle it!

Gratitude. It's the opposite of guilt. If you can focus on gratitude (perhaps for the images of beautiful people or for the ability to experience orgasm) then you can break free of guilt.

Embrace your sexuality, it's "your" sexuality after all, not someone else's. I've been over this with other people before who dealt with guilt over things they enjoy, either find a way to make it 'OK' in your head or stop doing it, the choice is yours. You are correct to assume that guilt can be counterproductive to IM.
