I love this concept!!!! I will try too!!! lets make a 30 day mantra like the guy in the thread about stopping his hair loss!

But we can make it an even better mantra..hmmm.... for example:

I am a master in manifestation. ??????

Thanks for noticing my simple little mantra. It works! I also use "I am good at the law of attraction" (sorry not worded so well).

You know what seems to work the best for me...this after 2 years of reading everything possible about LOA, simply making everything simple. Before, I used to try manifesting in an almost desperate, manic sort of way...repeating affirmations was not a peaceful, joyful exercise, but a "Oh, I have to repeat this 100 times or it's not going to work, yikes!" chore. I would go to my closet where it is dark and meditate and wonder "Was that enough?" when I left.

My insight came again (from my earlier thread) through the trials of my husbands job. I spent every hour, every minute trying (the key word is trying) to manifest his success (as he did) until finally I could not take it another day. I through my hands up and said "Whatever happens, happens." I kid you not, things started happening the next day and have not stopped since then. I finally allowed everything I was working on to work.

Now when I visualize or repeat affirmations, it comes from a peaceful spot down deep. It's a cleansing ritual that makes me feel good when I am finished. I don't have to go to a dark spot to meditate anymore, because I can go to that spot whenever, because it is inside of me. When something good happens or I am just feeling happy, I bring forth whatever I am working on manifesting at the time and feel it...sort of connect it with the happiness of whatever made me happy (which could be something as simple as eating a cookie.

Forgive me for rambling, I am a stay at home mom with kids on summer break and tend to go on forever when I get a chance to talk about myself or have an adult audience.

Smiles!

Isn't it the truth? As soon as you let go, you get what you want!

Thanks again for the great concept!!

You are not rambling! I love what you wrote! If you need to do so just Do it. We are all here to "hear" each other. My kids are all grown but I remember how you feel although only from maternity leave. But with 4 of them it was enough for a life time

Wink simple and fun

iamhappy … Yes!
I always say… keep it simple, lighthearted, playful… as though manifesting is a fun project.

If I were to sum up my approach… it’s a combination of…

* ‘going with the flow’ in life; and a light, easy awareness of what goes on in me (to swerve out of any incipient negativity);
* staying very simple, almost childlike…
* “visualizations” and “affirmations” which I weave into my thoughts throughout the day (so it’s not a special, isolated practice, but feels like a natural part of my thought-process
* and, well, playing “let’s pretend”, that is, thinking/feeling as though what I’m attempting to manifest is already happening (or in the process of fully manifesting).

I do other things too… and I also (similar to you) have various affirmations about me being a “wizard manifestor”, about how easy, natural and effortless it is for me to manifest (or to get in the right vibration state for manifesting), etc.

It’s good to “boast” a little sometimes (or ‘share’) about your LOA-accomplishments, etc, with like-minded, supportive LOA’ers… I’ve noticed it boosts your LOA power. In general I’m more unassuming, kind’a introverted, don’t-like-much-attention- type… but I use whatever tools help (even if it stretches my ‘comfort zone’)… and I have had lots of success with LOA!

Another one of my tools is keeping a log of my manifestations, syncs, auspicious happenings, etc (there are so many now that I only write down the more noteworthy ones!). Reviewing this list now & then and looking forward to how much more amazing the list is going to be next time I read it (I affirm this), also helps to increase the LOA magic!

Do you still sometimes do the affirmation 'I'm good at manifesting'? Is it necessary to reinforce it from time to time?

This is similar to a technique a friend of mine is using in NLP, I don't remember what it is called, but you think of a pleasant memory when you felt great and then you look at something you don't like doing, e.g. equations, you alternate between the two until you have a good feeling about equations

I do not use actual affirmations for the "I am good at manifesting" anymore. It isn't necessary because once all these little instances began, I was constantly reminded that yes, I am good at manifesting.

The funny part is that it began to be a bit of a nuisance. I guess in my mind, "being good at manifesting" means that I tend to manifest TONS of the same thing. The first instance was cardinals. I was not intending cardinals, but it was a few days after my major "I am good at manifesting" overhaul when I was looking for a certain cardinal online (one of my kid's friends has a dad who is really into bird watching and she had seen an odd cardinal and asked if I would look it up so she could tell him the name of it). Anyhow for DAYS after that, I saw cardinals everywhere. I mean literally everytime I went outside I saw at least one cardinal sometimes more. I saw them on TV, in stores...everywhere. Then about a week later I took my kids to a nature center and they had a bunch of stuffed birds that the host was explaining. I thought "hmmm, surprised there isn't a cardinal" and then BAM someone asks her the name of an odd looking bird and sure enough...she said it was a female cardinal. I still see them all the time. Don't even ask me about the time I looked up how to bake bacon on the computer...geez.

I use every one of these instances to remind myself that if I can do that with the LOA, I can do anything. So...every time I see a cardinal or bacon (blaa...NO MORE BACON) and think "I am good at manifesting". It's a never ending cycle.

So what if we refine the mantra with:

I am a Intentional manifestation wizard.

This way we minimize the bacon and the cardinal danger!!!

Thought some of you might enjoy this...

First of all... a bit of background. I used to teach kindergarten before I decided to take a break to stay home with my children. Therefore, I have a tendency to look at things and explain things in a very basic, rudimentary way.

I have been working on this over the weekend. I still have a bit of the "what if it wasn't enought?" mentality when I am trying to manifest something and am always trying to get over that.

Well, I was going through some papers and one was about submitting some info online. At the bottom of the paper it said (in bold letters) Don't forget to click "Submit Form" or the information will not be processed.

Well, I instantly had that "white rabbit" (from one of Steve Pavlina's blog entries) feeling and thought "Aha..I will try that!"

So, I came up with an intention and when I finished I imagined clicking "Submit". It felt much more finished and complete for me. I even had fun imagining the universe getting the "order" once I clicked the button. Worked like a charm!

Smiles!

I looove this !!!

In addition to the mantra we mentioned before, I am a Intentional manifestation wizard, I have also come up with something that resonates well with me, 'I'm enjoying this journey!'', and really feel great saying it.

I'm in a very good mood today as you can see, sorry if I overdid it with smileys

I have been given a hint about this.. so I will share one clue I was given that I'm not 100% sure I understand..

“Manifestation is not limited to physical acquirements”
You don't bend realities rules, YOU BEND... reality doesn't have any rules other than those you create for it. It all comes down to what you believe is true, what is real, what can be, what is... you must learn to bend.

.

Yay! Yay! I also agree with never too many smiles!

Here's another little simple tip that I like to use...remember I'm all about SIMPLE.

Every morning I make a list of 3-5 small things that I want to manifest quickly or at least by the end of the day. I read my list through, let the intentions into the Universe and off I go. As I receive them, I make a check mark by each listing.

Now, here is the fun part. Instead of visualizing each individual intention, I visualize myself making the check marks or seeing the page full of check marks (always seeing myself so happy and fulfilled). It's like bulk manifesting!

I stay small with these things and then use the list in my bigger intentions as "proof". I think "If I can manifest all these things, then I can manifest that." I have been doing this for awhile now and I have a notebook full of "proof".

It works!

What I've found is that LOA works like a word search puzzle. You'll stare at it for an hour looking for one little word. Then, when you let it go and move on to the next one, you find it instantly.

For me, the key to instant manifestations is letting them go. When I completely forget about wanting something and focus on feeling good about any and everything, it happens. When I harp on trying to make it happen now!now!now! all I do is concentrate and focus on the fact that it's not there. I send out feelings of lack and, in return, I receive much of the same.

Just something that works for me. I'll be on the watch to see what ALG suggests, I always love new techniques.

Also, how do we know that the feeling of "need" for a shortcut isn't spawning more dissatisfaction with the time in which our desires reach us?

So I haven't been working on this "instant manifestation" thing, but I just had another very rapid one come through.

Last Friday I was working on a new set of goals + intentions. It wasn't any serious meditation or visualisation. Most of it wasn't even big, major goals, more like little goals, "to-do's" etc.

And one of the things I wrote was that I would like to go watch a play with my wife. Because we actually haven't done something like that for a very long time (errrr, approximately from the time we had our first kid, which was seven years ago ).

Then on Sunday, I received an email. It was from a playwright. I had only met him once in my life (he came for my recent book launch). At the book launch, I had autographed a copy for him and spent five minutes talking to him. That was it.

Anyway he emailed on Sunday to say that he enjoyed my book. He has my email address, from a blog of mine (where I had written about my book). And he emailed to say that he would like to offer me two free tickets to a play of his, which is currently being performed at one of the theatres.

So .... This coming Saturday, my wife and I are going to a play.

Simple as that.

ALG any shortcuts you tried lately? I have. I have been doing the Ganesh Mantra for weeks now. It is not instant manifestation but so many obstacles have been "removing" themselves that it is just unbelievable! Things are just happening out of the blue! Wishes coming true!

You can also learn a lot about mantras from this guy:

Thomas Ashley-Farrand in his book Mantra Sacred Words of Power I have his audio book where he chants the mantras.

Oh. My. Goodness.

Marinik, you have no idea how fitting this is for me. I have been asking for a way to remove whatever has been "blocking" me from attaining what I want.

This mantra is all about removing inner and outer obstacles. (Although I know that my obstacles are inner and not outer...actually, aren't all obstacles "inner?)

Anyway, thank you. This is EXACTLY what I have been asking for. Ask and you SHALL receive!
