Synchronicity & Me

I've experienced a few synchs in the past few years, and I don't even remember most of them.

Today, in the middle of an essay I was writing, I just got thinking about how our life is so short and limited and how we must always be aware of our death and how this awareness will make us rethink our goals and values in daily life.

The TV was on in the background and all of a sudden there was a voice on the telly saying "Are you thinking about how you're going to die?" or something like that, I freaked, and looked to see a tacky ad for a mobile phone app that calculates the date you die.

Before I could even give this any thought, I was still a bit in shock from hearing the voice, a TV show started, with the voice over of a lady talking about synchronicities. Okaaaayyy, so maybe this was a synch (why are they always from ads or telly!)

So if this was a synch, what do I do with this info?
How does one use a synch experience?

Some syncs, I believe, are designed to get you to believe in syncs. Some are to get you to pay attention fast because something big is coming up. Some are just coincidences. But training yourself to recognize them, and to expect them, is what is most important.
