Day 3 of my 30 day trial brings unexpected changes...

When you open yourself up to new ideas, experiences and opportunities, unseen forces seem to put you at the right place at the right time. It is a strange thing but a phenomenon that is very real. I am truly experiencing this now.

It may be a product of the positive actions that I have been taking or combination of the meditation and physical training, but doors have been opening themselves up to me in ways that I have never thought possible. I am not just talking about little, trivial matters, but colossal and life altering directions that I am being 'pulled' into. It is unreal. Even when I look at myself in the mirror I have to take a double look because I recognize myself but something is eerily different about the person looking back at me... I wish I was better at articulating this so I could share this with everyone but I hope if you read this you take it seriously and that it motivates you to not only think positively but to take positive action.

Yeah! I know what you mean! I have changed so much in the past few months, it's like I'm a different person! But it also feels like I'm just become more myself, the real me or something like that.
