Ghosts/Spirits, The Process and the ultimate NON Detachment?

I am a big follower of a UK series called Most Haunted and I have recently bought the first 3 series from the UK and had them shipped over here.

Now something is interesting me greatly in regards to The Process and their investigations. When I last downloaded the latest "live" of theirs from a month ago and now watching the first 3 series I have noticed an "increase" in "things" happening and being recorded.

I am convinced of the fact that over the years ALL the crew members are "intending" and using The Process unconsciously to bring about this phenomenon. However I am trying to understand IF the spirits that may/may not exist are the "resources" as we would have now when we use The Process for 1 or more manifestations we sometimes have people enter our lives that aid us to the manifestations. Is this the same thing with the spirits?

Also are spirits the result of the ultimate NON detachment in regards to The Process? For instance one of the main "laws" of The Process is that of the Law of Detachment, so are spirits people that are SO ATTACHED to their bodies, their homes, their items etc that even at the end of their physical existence they still cannot LET GO?

I am still trying to work out about the higher beings, so cannot say DEFINITELY yes or no. I have tried the Hemi Sync courses and tried to get to the "higher" levels, past the manifestation levels to the "posts" in order to meet these varying "guides". In Robert Monroe's writing about Out Of Body Experiences he says he found different levels in which he met varying "guides", "entities" etc, and thats where he "developed" these audio courses.

It didn't work for me individually, and so my "jury" is out, however maybe I never TRULY detached to allow it to work.

But when it comes to The Process I do not believe we have "help" from something outside of us. Its all from within us, we have veiled up so much that we cannot see whats truly inside us. For me The Process is the example that we actually take control of our lives, usually people always point, explain or blame something outside of themselves, dissolved responsibility. We definitely have more control over our lives than I first thought. This ability has been "given" to us somehow and someway that I can feel. However there is a "feeling" that something could be there ... but I feel they are different to the ghosts.

I am definitely NOT a believer in "demons" or specicially the different "levels" of demons. That is man made to conceptualise something that early man couldn't "explain".

You could say they're using "the process," you could say people are faking more for rankings or something.

I don't rely on things that involve people I don't know being recorded and edited by more people I don't know in places I'm not familiar with for a good understanding of truth . . . Like, it's useful to see things like that in your view because that's ultimately what it comes down to. But it doesn't really serve to project onto another in an effort to find "their" truth?
