Default any advice

what do I do if i need to tell someone something but I'm scared to tell them because of the possible MAJOR negative reaction and rammifications? How should I phrase my I-M intention? Any ideas?

Tell them and if they can't handle it, oh well.

Thats my advice....but I am a little rough around the edges.


But, actually if you adopt that attitude frictions will occur, but maybe its for the best?
Can't be nice all the time.

Perhaps you could try wording your intention along similar lines to this -

_ hears/understands & accepts my words/ thoughts/decision in a calm & peaceful manner.
