 any advice
what do I do if i need to tell someone something but I'm scared to tell them because of the possible MAJOR negative reaction and rammifications? How should I phrase my I-M intention? Any ideas?

Tell them and if they can't handle it, oh well. Thats my advice....but I am a little rough around the edges.  But, actually if you adopt that attitude frictions will occur, but maybe its for the best? Can't be nice all the time. |

Perhaps you could try wording your intention along similar lines to this - _ hears/understands & accepts my words/ thoughts/decision in a calm & peaceful manner. Sharyn
