Look:

we will know when this new "reality" is really beginning for us:it is when we realise that we are acting based on Love, and not by fear!

That happens cause we no longer are listening or believing in our Ego.

i know it takes time but...what if i believe and really have Faith that...I can do it much more faster???

OMG Diandra - I came here this morning just to get a shot of synchronicity to help me through some rough spots and I found it in your post.

the love not fear bit.

I just posted about the results of a love not fear parenting concept that I found last night that has helped generate a shift for me. I'm waiting for the fallout of that shift and your post helps me bridge that gap.

Here's what I read last night:
The absolute essence of parenting is being able 2 step outside of your own emotional discomfort in order to meet your child at his level of emotional discomfort.

EFT helps. Also knowing that there is no good or bad about the situation, it just *is*. And there is *nothing* you have 'to do' except just be present for them until they 'regulate themselves'. It takes practice...But I am so much more successful at this ideal that I used to be

When you seek to change your child, look within yourself first to see what it is in you that needs to be changed.

Stepping out of my emotional discomfort allows me to parent out of love rather than out of fear. It also allows me to parent that little inner child out of love rather than fear.

Thanks for the synchronicity guys!!!

OMG Wordkeeper!! you kno what?

your post gave me a synch as well!!!

Today i dont know what happened to me but i finally did it!!!

i am in an almost 3 year of relationship and i acted based on fear - whenever i didnt told my bf the things i really felt and thought just not to hurt him or make him think that i was judging..his own family.

He is passing hard times now and i do my best but his family still dont give him the care, love or understanding he needs. He is faced now with an health dilema and even so he feels unsupported - by his parents and brother.

He came back at me on the phone cause i shared this problem with my family, trying to help - my sister is specialist on his problem.but he was ungry and started discussing that i cannot keep my mouth shout and i had to tell my family and they would judge him or treat him like a porr guy...YUP this makes no sense.

So i acted based on my TRUTH FINALLY!!!! I SAID ALL I DIDNT IN THE PAST.I FREED MYSELF FROM MY FEARS of LOOSING HIM.AFRAID OF HIM NOT UNDERSTAND MY LOVE.THAT who loves, trust.and who trusts, gives.

I SAID all his loneliness and unsoppurted feeling in life, all his insecurities, all his misjudgements happens due to his lack of support since his childwood.
their parents didnt tried to understand him as a unique individual and still today they dont come out of his confort zone.,even knowing that their "child" is needing!!

i stepped outside my own confort zone and SAID IT ALL!!! I WAS BASED ON LOVE,TRYING TO REACH OUT HIS interior and from a psichological view help him see what he needs to in order to be happier.

I am a very introverted person and reserved.I NEVER EVER tried to skip my fear of not saying ,y feelings abput this cause i feared that he would not undertsand what i was trying to say.

BUT I DID IT!AND....couple seconds of silence...he asked sorry and said he was afraid of what going to come next and was being unreasonable with me.

and said that i was right....he didnt felt hurted or angru with my honesty he said that i might be right afterall.

and i said that he is the only one who had to see what is best for him.and that ALL HAPPENS FOR A REASON.THAT even apparent sudden health problems appear cause we are not happy, feeling in our Right Path.

he,skeptical on this....is starting to open his Mind.

So...IMAGINE OUR SYNCHS on this WORDKEEPER

And today i saw the numbers 12:11 two times...

Not joking, this morning I dreamt I was in what looked to be a dentist's office. Magic was there as an anesthetist, and I'm pretty sure Cylon was working with her. They were going to do some sort of internal surgery on me though!

Magic was preparing to give me a shot that would (clever of my subconscious) take effect at the same time the dream ended. While she gave me my shot, I remember telling her of something new that would take effect even more quickly...

If anything in the waking world manifests from this, I will post the outcome

You were good, easy to talk to and reassuring. I was trying to explain to you that I'd heard some news about a shot that would knock a patient out quickly and safely (dreams are somewhat garbled, so I don't know the specifics). I mostly just thought it odd that I'd realize I was dreaming and incorporate that into the plot (and why in heck didn't I go lucid ).

So as not to derail a certain other thread , I must here state for the record that there is another kind of "Monopol", in Sweden...

Yep, among other things. Fortunately, circumstances aligned to where I have at-home use of a treadmill.

Lately 3-4 times a week, 2 1/4 miles per session, at nearly the maximum incline. I'd like to get back to 5x, but either stuff comes up or I'm just too tired.

You're kicking ass. I've been going the last three months. I'm at (roughly) 4 mph for about 30-40 minutes.

When I first started going to the gym, I was still smoking and I couldn't even be on the treadmill for 10 minutes without passing out, so I quit smoking for that.

Is this something you've been doing for years or is it recent?

"Don't feed the ego" I haven't got the diet end of things quite where I want it - I'm mostly junk free, but I still overeat at times.

My log goes back to June 2002; yep, it's been awhile . I did have one several-months-long scary lapse around '04, caused by what turned out to be potassium/magnesium deficiency. Lesson: in Waxy's World, sport drinks = nearly worthless. I also 'discovered' and learned to like such things as low-sodium (more precisely high-potassium) V8, blackstrap molasses and skin-on potatoes...

Well it sounds like you are in good shape and you take your health seriously. So you already have the foundation.

I used to exercise at home as well, I really liked it. But for me actually getting out of the house to go to the gym has made a big difference. Number one, lifting weights is something I couldn't do at home. That has made me muscular, and it gets your testosterone flowing. Two, it is something that was outside my comfort zone. Getting all sweaty around a bunch of strangers wasn't something I was looking forward to, but now that I'm used to it I like it. And I probably don't have to point out there are often attractive women in tight work-out clothes doing stretches and things of that nature.

Especially being out of work, going to the gym prevents me from being socially isolated. I see many of the same people every day. One thing that's nice about it is that being at the gym, you are surrounded by people who are working on their goals (getting/staying fit). So you find yourself immersed in an environment where people are pushing themselves, and getting out of their comfort zones.

It's made a big difference for me, and I put it off for a long, long time.

But if you want a new way of life, you have to do things differently. You have to push outside of your comfort zone. If going to a public gym is outside of your comfort zone, it could be a big benefit. It could give you self-confidence, and that will start to spill over into other parts of your life. And it has nothing to do with ego. You just go and work out and sweat. No thinking required.

My comfort zone didn't used to include going to the gym. Now it does. Which means my comfort zone has expanded. It means I have more strength to push that zone that I had before.

You've hit on two of a few reasons I have never gone the gym route (it also doesn't help that HS gym played a major role in my bullying experience). That one's going to take some work and advice. Not the #1 hurdle on my list, but I suppose I must face it eventually.

With the 'coaching' of a new friend who's the enthusiastic type, I am starting to lay the groundwork for 'discomfort zone #1'. One mess at a time, as I like to say...

As for good shape? I think maybe I 'manifested' that thread about getting rid of a gut (haven't read it yet though). Not a big gut, mind you, but stubborn.

I got picked on in school too. For years everywhere I went and saw another guy, I thought that he was going to want to get in a fight with me. I pulled myself out of that mindset.

If you have crap from high school still impacting you today, then there is no time like the present to start messing with that. I don't see why that can't be your first hurdle. Your resistance shows me it's probably a great idea ASAP.

Why not start out small? You don't have to talk to anyone. Everyone is more concerned with what they look like and their work-out. Of course when I started going, I thought everyone was going to be concerned about me and how I looked. News Flash: No one cares.

And I use the weight machines, not the old school weights. I'm not a body-builder, I just want to be toned and have a nice phyzique. Machines are fine for that.

Bottom line is if you want to push past some of the things that have been holding you back, you have to push past some of the things that have been holding you back.

Getting the courage to face my own self-confidence issues and join a gym was a major step for me. That's why I'm egging you on here. I did not want to join the damn gym. I felt stupid, and I thought there would be tough guy meat heads there. None of that was the case.

So I've gone from being afraid of going, to going three times a week, and now I love it so much I'm seriously considering going M-F. I'm getting addicted to it. Better addicted to going out and getting sweaty than staying home right?

For me, the warped current form of the bully hurdle - "I am afraid of people I don't know well" - is involved in just about any worthy endeavor I might undertake. So the "art thing", which my new pal offered to help me with, will naturally involve the matter (though maybe from a different angle). It's more important to me right now, and I don't want to spread myself too thin or take on too much at once.

Baby steps, as you say...

Once I get established and rolling with one good thing in my life, it'll give me a foundation to dare others.
