how do we know that this is real?

Even though its exciting for things to manifest for me, I feel a bit sad because, how Do i KNOW that this life is real?

We percieve everything inside our mind am I correct? (we are not seeing the world outside our eyeballs, we literally see an image in the back of our brain. Our eyes are tools that get the information outside of us, we percieve the information inside of us, in our own brain (we are living in our head) the question is, is the information outside of us real, or a program, a dream etc. Therefore this could all be a dream or a program I am living in, everyone in my life may be my imagination or something, Like A big Dream where I attract all of my dream experiences, attracted this world and everything.

So how can I then, proove that this is real, that my loved ones are real.

I would rather have a crappy life with REAL loved ones than be living in a dream with ONLY myself and be able to easily manifest everything I want.

It feels like you are trapped. What If I'm the only one here.....everything people reply may be just what I attracted with my vibration and what I'm signalling.

I have gotten upset about this issue before, it haunting me quietly, me feeling sad about it, thinking it's hopeless to ever know the truth. My boyfriend talked to me about it saying yes its possible, but its a waste of time worrying about it if it is real cause you can't do anything about it anyway.

I believe my reality is just another dream world. Pavlina puts it that way too, but im not following him. The more I come to realize, the more I believe that what I perceive is a dream world. And that includes my thoughts, my emotions, my body, etc. All I am is the conciousness that is witnessing this dream world. It can be scary at first to realize and you'd feel resistance. The mind doesn't want a dream world. It needs you to attach to it and the only way that can happen is if you believe reality is well... I guess real.

Now that I "somewhat" realize, I feel there aren't any limitation in life. You can do whatever you want. I cant fly, why? Because I still have a strong belief that I cant, and it is quite hard to change that unless I accept the fact I cant fly.

It is confusing and can make you go nuts, but I believe this is the truth.

Roxy, this is something everyone struggles with at some time. At first, your connection to this world and all of your accumulations may seem like a hard price to pay, but getting past all of the world and its possessions will lead you to greater truths and understanding. Your ego will fight you desperately with emotions and thoughts so that you keep listening to it. This is one of those emotional/thought battles that comes with the territory.

Getting past all of that will lead you to the state of merely being, and acceptance, and unconditional love. It's well worth the journey for some. Yes, you will diminish the ego part of you, and that part of you hates everything you are realizing. But there are parts of yourself which you should see soar, and that's what this is all about.

I can only recomend the seth material to you, the preeminant work on reality.

I will say though that you do NOT create reality, it is not just going on in your head, there are experiences beyond your experience. even though your senses do create the experience of the physical world, that reality is comprised of a limitless number of others who are co-operating and working together. Are you real, yes, are those that you love real, yes, it is all real, it is all your own reality.

If you develop your own intutive senses and allow your conscious mind to relax and expand its experience you will know and experience reality in a more natural form,

what's real is obviously people care about you because otherwise they wouldnt post.

thank you for all your help but yes, I don't feel any better.

What I want is for my loved ones to be real, to know they are real (ofcourse this will seem crazy to someone who has not been into personal development, theories on life etc)

Maybe that is my ego speaking

but its what my heart wants

I don't think I could or would enjoy life if the truth was that they are merely a dream

What I want is for them to be live conscious beings like me, thinking, but how could I ever know if I have never experienced being them?

if you pinch yourself, and they are there they are real, dreams are dreams,
and reality is reality

this is why buying into subjective reality views is ineffective, it makes you
start to doubt objective reality

approach your current life based on what you can observe in reality, based
on your own perception, and not on what others write or suggest

this will help you a lot, and this current state you are in will stop, and you can
go back to living your life as a human being, instead of like some robot that
is programmed by someone else, trust yourself completely to be sane enough
to understand that advanced techniques should be used only when you have
mastered the basics and fundamentals of viewing objective reality

Roxyruby it is one of the biggest catches of all! You do not need your loved ones to be whole. We are in some way programed that we need all the people (loved ones) in our lives to feel loved to make us who we are and how we feel. It is only when you are complete, that you realize they are just he wonderful icing on the cake. The cherry on top. The love of self is not some bs Ego trip. It is the true connection. Then it has no "real" meaning if the people around us are real (to pinch) or not. During our lives they come and go. As do we for others.

You are no less you without "them". And happiness or the quality of life is internal and not external. Do not expect them, your loved ones to bring them to you. It is your responsibility not theirs! It is an inside job!

In case it's helpful, Deepak Chopra has outlined about seven states of consciousness, in a particular conceptual framework. You "wake" from one state, into another.

eg you "wake" up from deep sleep, into the state of dreaming. You wake from the state of dreaming into everyday, "normal" consciousness. And you wake from that into ....

Well, as I said, there are seven states altogether.

Thank you all, i really do appreciate it and felt one sense of relief with one comment

i think it comes up for me when things are manifesting too easily, my life seems too perfect, i seem to be changing reality even changing others then i think are my loved ones just being affected by my intentional manifesting techniques or is life like a dream in my head cause everything is being effected by me too easily here.

how come i can effect and change others but they cant do the same to me

can others effect me? intentionally?

Through your posts, it seems like you are moving too fast. Take a step back, refresh your vision, and come back to the subject. Right now you are emotionally charged. The emotion of Love is powerful, but it comes along with the emotion of Fear.

Here's the thing, right now you have not separated from ego enough to see the whole picture. From your egoic standpoint, life without the other egos around you is no life at all. Your ego doesn't want to die, and so it will fight.

I held this exact same limiting belief for a while: that if I create everything effortlessly, there is no point in creating anything. But this is simply not the case. This is only your earthly ego trying to survive through the mechanisms you created in the first place. That you are struggling means you are on the right path.

The underlying principle is that you are infinitely connected to everyone and vice versa. So much so that there is no everyone, there is just one, indivisible whole. You hold the intentions of everyone and everything.

Take it slow, and if you start to fear, step back and find strength. There is no way to find this path through the emotion of fear. The emotion of love will always be balanced by the emotion of fear. The state of being of unconditional Love is much more productive and useful, and it's where you will learn the greatest truths of what you/everything is.
