THE WORKINGS OF THE SUBCONCIOUS MIND.

It's human nature to pay much more attention to the concious mind (the ego) than to the subconcious mind.However,although the subconcious has no reasoning powers it is vastly more knowledgeable.The subconcious is our own personal computer and it remembers every word we've ever spoken or heard and every image we've ever seen.In addition to this it acts as our connection point to universal intellegence.

It is now a recognised fact of quantam physics that all human minds are in some way connected.Every thought and every idea that humankind has ever had is still out there in our universal conciousness.The subconcious mind is the individual's portal to this vast reservoir of information and all we have to do is tap into it.This raises the obvious question. How do we do this?

All we have to do to aquire information on any subject is ask our subconcious minds about it and it will do the rest,it's that simple.

This technique works just as well when we are trying to solve problems and dilemmas.If you are unsure about something simply turn it over to your subconcious mind and it will find the answer for you.The best time to do this is just before you go to sleep because during sleep the subconcious mind takes over control of our wellbeing from our concious mind.

The subconcious is very obedient,hence the saying "you become what you think about."It thinks you want what you think about.

Give it different insructions and it will give you different results.

Not to derail from the rest of your post, but where did you get this information? I don't know much (i.e., anything) about quantum physics.

Thanks for your comments,I'd like to compare notes on stopping smoking because I stopped after being taught self hypnosis.None of the help included giving up addiction,maybe it was a coincidence,I'm really not sure but shortly after the course,I'd quit and I plan to write about how I did it,It centered around my emotions surrounding a crucial football (soccer) game,which my team lost!

I will definitely check out your links.All our info and experience and I do more reading than writing on this site,goes to help each other.

I loved physics at school,I dont know why because I had 3 teachers and they were all crap.I give you my word of honour,when it came to our finals,that were set by an external body,I along with all of my classmates couldnt answer any of the major questions.

I thought about it for about 5 minutes and then decided on a course of action.I decided that If you can't blind them with science then baffle 'em with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

It worked,I was the only one out of 45 kids to pass that exam (c grade)

Anyway,I digress.The 2 sources for the information were "The Field" and "The Secret".

I do think we are all conected in some way.I know quantum physics gets a bad rap but there are a lot of things out there that we dont understand.
I'm in a crap reception area and I've just lost a big post to Wax Frog.Not to worry.

I'm not saying your conclusions are wrong, but you should see the experiments as they are without the overtones of a film's agenda. Everything about us being connected isn't scientific, it's an interpretation. And as interpretations often change, as do scientific findings, we can't put too much stock in them.

I'm not saying don't believe, but I am saying don't fool yourself into believing.

I agree,but there is something out there that is ultra powerful bigger than any individual,I could name many but I wont bother,I believe that that power is us.Universal conciousness,I dont know Judge but I do agree with most of what he says.

Isn't that the fundamental rift in eastern and western religion? Eastern says we are all god/whatever you call it, so therefore we are all connected to each other. Western says there is a being named God, who we are connected to, but not to each other.

Maybe this is why Christianity constitutes a majority of the world. Ego would rather feel connected to a perfect being than to what it perceives as the imperfect beings around itself.

Yes,they invented religion.And more people have died from this belief than any other,not only sad but tragic.Often people mean well but get it horribly wrong.

I do respect some scientists,you will never stop progress be it good or bad.At times I hate it though.

I try and its not always easy, to keep an open mind.

It maybe is an assumption although I dont like that word much but I believe that humankind is connected not seperated,but who knows for sure.

. If we were all connected we would have conflicting intentions/manifestations and that doesn't fit in with what I believe.

It's a fact of newtonian gravity that all human minds are somehow connected. The stars on the other side of the universe are affecting you, and so is the gravity of the brains of people on the other side of the planet.

I think it's bang on.

In my view it can make manifesting your intentions more powerful.

Even if you fall asleep with a mind of love, you will take it with you when you fall asleep. That is bearing in mind that you don't grasp too strongly at whatever intentions your holding. A bit like holding a bar of soap lol!

yes jack be....flow, its like ordering a cup of coffee at a resturant, ever noticed that if your coffee is taking to long and you start noticng and complaing, then it takes even longer.....same with wish list.....let it be, its none of your beex wax when and how you get it...carry on with life...

Ah! So true! I notice this in class, so now instead I just relax, observe and send out the intention to speed up/slow time down, depending on which lesson I'm in.
