Does anyone else experience a physical sensation when focusing on an intention?

I've found recently that when I focus on the intentions I want to manifest, I feel what I can only call a throb or wave of energy, primarily in my head but also tingling through much of the rest of my body. I can sort of summon that energy up even when I'm not consciously manifesting an intention (although, I guess I'm intending to feel that sensation! ) but I feel it mostly when I focus my thoughts on what I want. Does anyone else have this sensation, or similar ones? Does it mean anything?

I can get this flood of relaxing energy, like "all is well". I get this feeling like everything is ok.

Part of me knows I am thinking the truest thing, the right thing for the right reason.

If someone finds a clear correlation with manifesting I hope they clue me in

Good description. I would say that this is a very good sign you are on the right track.

I know this post is old, but I have been trying to figure this out as well. I been getting the same thing. I keep getting a sensation on top on my head, like as someone is poking but with some kind vibration. My theory is that if that happens your raising the vibrations of the manifestation.

It presents itself in different ways:

- tingling sensations in the hands/arms
- a "wave" travelling from the head, downwards to the rest of the body
- pulsating colours (purples, blues, greens, whites) in the vision
- loosening / opening-up sensations in the middle of the chest
- electric sensations emanating from the bottom part of the spine

I have gotten that, when I'm listening to my manifestation and I'm not meditating. So far I have gotten:

- tingling sensations in the hands/arms

I honestly don't meditate that much so nope.. doesn't sound exactly right.. I found it odd at my teachers meditation.. I could feel like insects moving on my skin type thing maybe that's what you guys are used too (course nothing was there)

I get communication in terms of loss of control of my body..

Have you ever experienced shivers when thinking something or a idea rolled into your head and left??

When I focus on something, (and I really am visualising it coming true, and am happy about it all) I feel electric sensations throught out my body, like a gush of energy which I in a way equate to a "Happiness Energy" coz it gives off a feeling like that. And then I (literally) open the arms to "kiss" the Universe (however its done)
