Is I-M, LoA in some cases just seeing the future?

I see myself getting a call from someone and get a phone call from that person, was it the thought that created the phone call or did I just foreseeing the call? This happens not only with phone calls but chance meetings and other events. I don't claim to be psychic and I understand Intention - Manifestation and the Law of Attraction but sometimes some things just don't fit.

I often find myself thinking about this because some things come completely out of left field that I know there is no way I could have manifested them, however the thought did flash through my mind a few minutes earlier. And to be honest I have used these flashes to my advantage every time I am conscious of them.

I have thought about this question for years and it just happened right now and thought I might as well ask.

Did I get a flash of the future or did I manifest the call/event? What do you think?

I think that it's basically all about vibrations. Sometimes you're creating them and sometimes you're detecting them. That is, sometimes you're manifesting your intentions. In other cases, you're just reading the vibrations already out there.

DJB: You mean sitting in a place where you see all the infinite possibilities and pathways that can emerge from a particular point in space-time?

JOHN: I don't know if it's infinite. It's sure 360 degrees and each alternative reality was every two degrees or something like that. There were a hell of a lot of them and some that I couldn't ever imagine.

Dorothy, this sounds interesting, can you explain how this works to me? Or if you have any suggestions of books to read, or websites that would help me understand this further will really help.

She actually meant collective unconscious, a term coined by Carl Jung.

Some people call it the Akashic Records. It is said that mystics from different cultures (Hindus, the Druids, the Egyptians) have derived their knowledge and insights by accessing the Akashic Records.

Some other people think that references in the Bible to the "Book of Life" are actually references to the Akashic Records (ie different names for the same thing).
