I’ve been a student of personal development for over 20 years (with a B- average There are no accidents or coincidences. Everything is a result of your expectations and your expectations are your beliefs. You are the one, the only one. Call it God consciousness, subject reality, whatever you like, but there a 6 billion people on this rock and if you think about it, there really is only you. Your beliefs are the foundation of your reality, change them and reality changes Money, health, happiness, even being able to find a car park right near the shopping center entrance on a busy day, it’s all about your beliefs which are your expectations of what you want your reality to be. From birth we are programmed to accept fear, struggle and an average life. I often wonder if that is purposeful or by accident. If there are no accidents and there’s only you, why would 'you' make it so seemingly difficult, why not just make it really easy. But there are people who make millions of dollars and people who gain 200 lbs, so to take a spirit/soul/entity/god consciousness, call it whatever you like and say things have to be a certain way is actually a form of control. I’ve found manifestations work best when there is little resistance to the outcome. You must have focus, but you must have trust. Trust that it will work out and it will. In fact it’s actually working out the way you plan it everyday, it’s just if it’s not the way you ‘want’ it to be, that’s because you’re either not focusing or not trusting or both. I desire a million dollars, but my current situation is crap, as within, so without. You’re current situation is not crap, it’s got a million dollars in it, you just don’t trust/believe/expect that to be true. It’s a fine line between sharp focus and desperation. You have to be detached, but not disinterested. The way that the universe or your subject reality (if you believe in that) works is on a level of desire and trust. You desire something, which is emotion, but you trust that the universe will deliver, which is faith. When your desire is too overwhelming I think it borders on desperation which breaks the trust. 6 months ago I didn’t have any money, so I said to myself. I need $5000 in cash in my bank account in the next few weeks. I occasionally visualized the money in my bank, but I didn’t religiously spend 30 minutes everyday visualizing the money, I didn't obsess or let the desire overwhelme the trust. Then I got a call out of the blue from a old customer I hadn’t heard from in years and I thought ‘hey, this job is worth about $10,000, so in a round about way the universe has delivered’ I priced the job and asked for a deposit of $3000. I didn’t hear anything, so I thought I’d lost it. I panicked and then I thought, just relax and let it go. The guy calls me up two days later, apologizes as he’s been away and tells me he’s put $5000 in my account to get the job started. Pretty cool huh? So how come I can’t get the wining lottery numbers?? The funny thing is I actually think it is possible to do that. If I can find a car park when there are none, $5000 when I’m broke, how is the lottery any different?? It isn’t, the difference exists only in our minds with the external brainwashing since birth of lack, fear and misery. If you desire something you have to focus and trust the universe (yourself) to deliver, the rest is just words to fill books. Have you read Napoleon Hill? He wrote Think and Grow Rich which is a very boring, dated, long winded book about three words Conceive, Believe, Achieve. Just my 10 cents worth, hope you liked it, sorry there are no refunds May the ‘Source’ Be with You Always…….. Jeff |

Lil, Chris, I like that..........What you believe to be True, IS TRUE!! For You... Relates back to Subjective Reality, being about you and only you, there is no other, truth is relative to you and only you, because of you. Very Zen. Jeff |

Nice post! I've actually never considered playing around with "Lottery" winnings until a few weeks back when certain skeptics on here were talking about getting a winning lottery ticket if we believe in IM. Since then I've been thinking about why I haven't just looked to winning lottery tickets to make my money since it seems like such a simple way of getting money. I haven't spent a lot of time on it yet, but I did figure out that I do have a lot of conflicting beliefs about lottery winnings which probably prevent me from going that route. For example, I've heard that a massive percentage of lottery winners eventually lose their money within a few years of winning, so I didn't want to be one of those. I figured that earning money the slower way, learning how to make $1000/m, then $2000/m, then $3000/m, then $5000/m, then $10,000/m, then $25,000/m etc. will give you the time and skills to handle earning that kind of money. Secondly, most people that win the lottery instantly get clobbered by their friends wanting to get free money from them because they don't believe that person earned the money anyways so they should get something too. Whereas if someone makes a million working their ass off usually friends and family are a lot more respectful of that. I don't know, there just seems to be a lot of beliefs that would need to be squashed before you get to the point where winning the lottery isn't in conflict with your beliefs. Just as a fun game though, over the holidays I decided to try something out. I got a bunch of scratch and wins from people, maybe like 10 or 12 of them. Since the most I've ever won on a scratch and win is $2, (I don't play often), I wanted to do an experiment. I created an intention to win $10. I know $10 isn't a lot, but it was the amount I wanted to manifest which would put a smile on my face, but wouldn't necessarily get me addicted to try to make money from lotteries and casino's etc. like for example if I manifested $10k or something. Anyway, I set an intention to win $10 on these scratch and wins and to see what happens. I scratched the first few, nothing. Then I scratched one and I got $2. I was like, damn! But since I had 4 more left I thought to myself "wait a minute, I didn't say I would win $10 on ONE ticket, I just said I wanted $10...so if the next 4 are all $2 winners I'll have $10!" So I scratched the next one, and it was another $2 winner. I now had $4. I scratched the next one, sure enough, $2 winner, I now had $6. I scratched the next one, $2 winner. $8. I was really excited and started thinking about the possibilities of using scratch and wins to just manifest money that way...and a bit of fear overcame me for a second. I scratched the next one, no win. So I wanted to manifest $10 but I only did $8. So I was a bit confused. Did I screw up the manifestation with my fear? I didn't put a lot of energy into the manifestation so I didn't get too down on it and I know I have a lot of negative beliefs around lottery winnings anyways so I didn't really let it bother me too much. I went downstairs and started doing something else. THen later on that day, I found an extra scratch and win from christmas which I forgot to take upstairs. Instantly I thought "Oh man, this must be the missing $2 winner right here!", so I scratched it. guess what? Two bucks. THat completed my $10 winning intention. Now I know this is just a quick test. I know the odds of winning $10 in $2 denominations isn't that low, so it's nothing spectacular but I don't think I've ever won $10 worth at one time...maybe $2 or $4 tops out of like 20-30 tickets. I also could have won $8, $6, $12 etc., but no , I won EXACTLY $10. Now that I write this, I might play with this some more. Has anyone else played with IM and lottery? |

Paul, The thing about wining the lottery is that is programmed into us on every level how much of a gamble it is and the odds are bad. How can one person win $1M and then 2 years later do it again?? I can usually get 2-3 numbers in one line by never all 6 The best I've ever done is two wins with 5 numbers wining about $2000 each time. If you truly desired $1M and wanted it to come to you in the easiest possible way, then the lottery is the way, but there seems to be something about growth involved. Many self help books I've read say that it's what and who you become in the process, not the actual goal. That could be a cop out to justify the fact that if IM is real then everyone could use it to win lotto. But here's the juice......most people have no idea about IM, many people think life is a bunch of accidents bumping into each other. I've had too many things happen in my life that are outside the boundries of possible coincidence. Another thing I've noticed is fear. I think some people, probably including myself are afraid it's really that easy. See the lottery win and make it real. Interesting if nothing else. Good Luck! (of course there's no such thing as luck, right?) Jeff |
