Has anyone read Joe Vitale's latest book called Expect Miracles? I just picked up a copy today after someone told me that I'm mentioned in the book! I haven't ready it yet, but a story I submitted to Dr. Joe Vitale a few months back made it into the book. I'm very excited. Going to go read it now and see how good it is. He's been saying that this is probably going to be his last book. |

Amazing! It reminded me mentionings of Steve Pavlina in David Michael's "Indie game development survival guide". Congratulations, Paul! A good start! Do you (Paul and other readers) recommend Vitale's books? Very recently we had his book "The Key" translated and printed here in Russia. And I wonder if it's a worthy reading. And another question. I know about LoA for a few years, but I've started to seriously practice using it only recently, after seeing a very impactful, I must say, movie "The Secret". What I'm doing now is asking for synchronicities. Can we call this event (seeing this post after being interested in Vitale's books a week ago) a synchronicity? And how to attract more of them? Simply ask again? |

The Key didn't bring anything new in my opinion. Nice read but we have all heard this or read it already.

I'm about half way through the book, and like most of Vitale's books, I think it's aimed at beginner to intermediate users of LoA. Meaning, unlike the channeled work you see from Esther Hicks which in my opinion goes pretty deep at times, this book is probably targeting beginners. HOWEVER, having said that, I'm really starting to notice lately that when I read books by people it's almost like a part of their energy is absorbed into the book and I'm able to pick up on it. So literally, while holding the book and reading the words, it's almost like I'm picking up insights in between the lines that I don't think are really written there. While reading the book I had a major mental breakthrough but I haven't had time to go back and really spend some time fully absorbing it and thinking it through. I think there is one underlying theme in the book that is for advanced users, hidden behind all the "beginner" lessons. I'll report once I read the whole thing. |
