Default Can one manifest intentions for other people?

For example ,my husband is waiting to hear from a company he interviewed with last week.
But he isn't one for such things as "intention manifestation" and related stuff ,whereas I am trying to implement the principle.

Do you think it'll do any good for me to wish/want that he gets the job?

Default Yes!

According to the I-M model that Steve Pavlina proposes, people are merely projections of the one consciousness. Therefore, they don't have separate intentions, and your intentions can influence them.

Yes, I believe that your intentions can influence the people in your life, too. If we create our realities, then this makes sense to me.

I've heard of it described as "Co-Intending".

The more people you have intending the same thing, the more powerful that intention is.

That was my intention for the other thread:
What are your intentions...? Thinking if we all worked together, putting our thoughts towards each other, we could do more together than alone...

Another way this can work is to co-intend something in particular as a community.

Yes you can manifest for others and with others.

Summer McStravick (producer for HayHouseRadio.com, host for Flowdreaming and author of Flowdreaming: A new way to manifest) and several memembers of her family did some flowdreaming for her grandmother and she was cured for lung cancer.

Flowdreaming is a way to manifest using daydreaming and feelings. I mainly use it for relaxation and raising my personal vibrations. but I"m starting to get some results from using it.

Why not? If you believe in subjective reality, it's even more prevalent because if you blieve you're all a projection on your consciousness, all shared, then you're all one, so intending for someone else should work just as well as intending for yourself.

There's also an important point I learned from studying Huna. You can only influence others and circumstances, but only in so far as there was a potential possibility that it would go in that direction anyway. In other words, you can't influence someone to jump off a cliff if they don't want to, but you could influence them if they were predisposed to do it, like if they had deeply buried suicidal tendencies. Any other words you can't influence circumstances, or people to go against themselves. It's like trying to go against the grain.

Let's assume that you have full power over whether he gets the job or not.
Are you sure it is the best thing for him to get that job? It's hard to answer this question unless you can see how the future will unfold for the two of you.

A few scenarios:
1) He meets a woman at the new job, has an affair and you two separate.
2) His car gets hit by a truck on the way to work and he dies.
3) He loves the job, climbs the corporate ladder, makes a ton of money, retires rich and you two live happily ever after.

Assuming that you have power over the outcome, it is still in his best interest for both you and your husband to intend for "the best outcome" whatever that may be. Without seeing what is coming down the road, intending/wishing/praying for a specific outcome is rather dangerous, don't you think?

Maybe we could also look at it this way: "Can you eat for someone else and end their hunger?"

That's why we intend for the highest good of all. Intending the best outcome is a big part of the overall intention.
