I'm trying to root into my mind the mindset that I have abundance. I want to create greater abundance in my life, and so I am focusing on what I have (which is thankfully a lot) and then expanding it. However from time to time I forget about that and begin to slip up and get caught up by small minute things which would be solved if I could just keep the mentality that "Relax, the universe will bring what I want because the Universe will bring abundance". How can I root this mentality? Suggestions/Tips welcome! |

Sounds like you're on to it. I think you'd be hard pressed to find anyone who never has a moment of doubt during any given day. What you are talking about is allowing and that is potent. Best not to be too resistant to the idea that you're having a doubtful moment and instead accept that this is just fine. Resistance is going to block you either way, so just accept that it's ok and it's only the moment. You are human are you not? I think you've done well to grasp the concept of Abundace. 2007 is yours for the taking! And mine! Brendan |

I keep an abundance mindset by feeling good about my abundance and feeling that more prosperity is always coming my way, instead of just thinking it is. With thinking you can sometimes get caught up with negative thoughts as they enter your mind and cause you to lose focus. By getting into that "good feeling" place I find it's easier to stay there by continuing to flow with the feeling than it is to stay focused on just thinking. I hope this makes sense. John |

I am still finding it particularly hard to maintain my abundence mindset because whenever I formulate a lovely sounding affirmation or nice visualisation of what it would be like to be wealthy, I find myself fixating on a particular couple of relatives who are likely to leave me money if they pass on and I REALLY DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN and this causes me a bit of anxiety, sabotaging my efforts. I have to ensure then, that my visualisations inlcude them looking healthy and happy but then I start thinking of more and more people and before I know it, my visualisation feels forced and must be losing power I suppose it all comes down to some self destructive belief of mine, that this is the only way that wealth can be manifested FOR ME and as such, my brain and mind are looking to overcompensate |

When it comes to prosperity and abundance, I gladly recommend material by Randy Gage. Since you already know that this is something you intend to focus your mind upon and want more information, I recommend the 5-book prosperity series. They come as cheap as $20 as e-books and $30 as paperbacks (all combined). If you want further info about them, have a read through the reviews of these books I'm currently writing on my blog.
