Let's say that I aim for a 180 IQ. How do I manifest with LOA or other methods?

Generally IQ stays somewhat static for the duration of a lifetime. Much effort is needed to raise or lower one's IQ.

I would suggest reading many books, memorizing things for a short duration of time, attempt to solve mathematical equations using only your brain, no paper. Also, you could attempt to read poetry and understand its semantics.

I doubt you'll ever reach 180 IQ, no offence or anything. You might raise it by 5-10 points at best, that's what my guess is.

Try solving something like that in one try.

Do what Esther Hicks did. Meditate for 15 minutes a day with the intention of getting on the same wavelength as a higher intelligence. Then after some months maybe you will experience that you move or say things without trying to yourself, and eventually you'll find a way to control this stuff so much that you can recieve clear communication from a higher being, which is 1000 times more knowledgable than any Einstein.

Alternatively if you just want to increase your IQ, do brainwave entrainment. This will likely be more succesful the lower your current IQ is (i.e more room for improvement).
