Default Have you reached your goals with LoA ?

A few years ago, when you first came across LoA and
stated some things that you wanted. Big things. Your dreams.
And you said "in X years I want this"....

Do you have it now?
And what was it?

This is sort of a difficult question to answer for me, because it's both yes and no. I think my goals are continuously evolving, so I at first blush I would have to say no, not exactly. However since I stumbled upon LOA a couple of years ago there have been monumental changes in my life, because of my new belief that they were possible, so I know without a doubt that LOA is at work. All of the changes that have happened are completely in alignment with what I have asked for or focused on, even though it's been a bit of a bumpy ride (kind of one of those "be careful what you wish for" things). Change can be very tumultuous, and it can bring me way out of my comfort zone.
I have gotten out of a long term relationship that, at one time I didn't feel I could get out of, and I've started up a succesful small business of my own. There are still some things that I want to manifest, of course, so it's an on-going process. Sorry to be wishy-washy on this, but I finally decided yes is my vote!

I have attracted so much more than I ever thought possible since I first began using the LOA in my life. I have attracted every single thing on my vision board, and I've even attracted things I didn't know I needed or wanted. The most amazing thing I've attracted is my website that I started with my mom. It's been a dream of mine to work from home on something I loved and now I am. It's phenominal. I get to work on the website and I LOVE it. It is fun to work again. I experience true joy with it. It's great.

Well, most of my goals don't have that kind of time frame. Normally I set intentions with a much shorter time frame. I'm a bit impatient by nature, so I'm not terribly keen on waiting a few years for things to happen. Days, weeks or months are my more-usual kind of time frame.

Also, I don't use the LOA just for "big" intentions. I use it for smaller, practical, daily kinds of intentions as well.

I do keep regular written records of my IM/LOA sessions (as well as subseqent changes in my reality) so it is quite easy for me to check and share with you some of my experiences. It's also easy to see the progress, over a period of time. Here's an example:

This post shows you the kind of salary and bonus I was earning in my pre-LOA days. The document is dated Feb 2004. The annual salary was $84,000 (or $7,000 per month) and the bonus I received then was $32,000.

I started using the LOA on a regular basis, in 2006. Since then, basically my salary and bonus has increased by leaps and bounds. This document shows you the kind of money I was earning by Feb 2008. The annual salary was $222,000 and the bonus was $244,200.

$222,000 per year for the basic salary works out to $18,500 per month. I enjoyed a further increase in June this year. So now I am earning $23,000 per month. This works out to $276,000 per year, excluding bonuses.

Let's put it in percentage terms. Over four years, my monthly salary increased more than 300% and my bonuses increased more than 700%.

I find it relatively easy to manifest money. There are many occasions where I've manifested it practically on an overnight basis, out of thin air.

For example, here's a thread where people on Steve Pavlina's forums tried to do an experiment and manifest $20,000 each. I took part. The money presented itself within a day (refer to thread for details).

Another example of my "overnight" manifestation for money is found here. The sum is $22,000 and came from a source I didn't anticipate at all.

Another example is here. The money unlocked itself, essentially within a day or two of the manifestation. The sum was about $12,000, and similarly came from a totally unexpected source.

More recently, I started looking for a property to buy. I started toying with this idea in late August. In October I went to view properties and the ones I were interested in turned out to be in the range of $1.4 million which to me is a little steep. In early November I began to manifest for their prices to come down. Two weeks later, see what kind of phone call I get. The property developer is offering me a 16% discount (reduction of abot $240,000).

---

I do not merely use the LOA for money. I use it across all areas of my life. For the purposes of giving examples of LOA at work, however, I like to use money, because monetary figures are more objective and quantifiable.

Default Oh Yeah!

Hi, I first hear of LOA last year. I was unwell at the time, completely bored in my work and living in a place I disliked. A year later i am very clear about what i want (which is a great achievement for anyone) starting my own business doing what i LOVE, living in a dream house with a huge pool and loving every minute of my life. In february this year, we made a really good investment in an environmental company that is bringing us good money - as a result we may be financially independent as quickly as next year!

I didn't have a time frame, but expected it to take much longer than a year....
