I finished reading Abram-Hicks' book and am now meditating regularly. I learned to meditate gradually just by controling my breathing and relaxing my body. Yesterday I was meditation as usually and at a point I got a migraine. The more "out of body" I was the more intense the migraine. Has anyone any expericence with this, or know what it means.
