My Success Story.
 

I grew 2 inches in the space of 2 months I'm a 22 year old male I am now 5'10" I was 5'8". There is many things that I hate about my self but because I believe in quantum physics and other paranormal and super natural phenomenon
I decided to search Google on how to grow taller through meditation and hypnosis and I came across quite a few interesting web sites, because I was very open minded I decided to give it a try and I noticed changes with in 3 weeks permanent changes.

My doctor said that my growth plates were closed and it's not possible to get any taller. I just proved him wrong and I'll keep on doing these mind exorcises until I reach my goal. Just one negative thought that this won't work or it's not possible then you'll get poor results I'm still reprogramming my mind this day because I've been deceived and set-up to believe a lot of things that were based on my religion and not solid facts.

I had to clear all of those negative thoughts,and I'm still growing my long term goal is 6'4" and my short term is 6'0. I have pictures to show my progress and these weren't manipulated in anyway and I had my shoes off.

I only used the photo editor to draw the lines at the spots where I used to be.

I used to be called short and now I feel good that now I can correct this now.

I just had the positve attitude that I had everything to gain and nothing to loose people in my neighborhood ranges 6'0 to 6'4 and they tower over me and because of the stuff that has happened to me I have a social phobia.

Thanks, this is something that I desperately want, and this is helping me boosting my self confidence and self-esteem. I've heard about a 20-year old who grew 12 inches in 1 year through hypnosis. and people in their mid to upper 20's gaining 4 to 6 inches and people as old as 30 something getting 2 to 4 inches out of this.

Then i said to my self shoot if they can do it, I can do it. I've already used meditation and hypnosis to Astrally Project a little and use regressive hypnosis to relive those good times of my life in dreams and if I can do all of that and then what can stop me from using this little bit of knowledge that I've gained to make my self taller? It was that positive thinking and will power that had helped me and dropping everything that I have heard about your height is in your genes and re-program my mind to this new world and know that my body and all matter that I see is composed up of energy and all I have to do is manipulate it.

I'll put my next sticker up in my photo Dec 5th and another one on Jan 5th (my 23rd birthday). One the first night when i did this meditation I felt the energy flowing through me and my legs and the rest of my body tangling it's a weird but comforting sensation because I know that's my body making the changes that I desire. But for best be very open minded.

Yeah I'll keep you updated, I also have fast metabolism after I get my height situated I'll work on gaining 25 lbs to get in the normal range.

I weight 115lbs and according to my doctor I should be at 145lbs to 160lbs for my height and body frame I'll get there but one thing at a time. I've also was born and raised in a 2nd class family I'll try and attract money towards me also and a very promising career because I plan on starting college next year. and I think I now the fields I want to take up.

I measure my self every 1 to 2 weeks and post those paper arrows every month but, so far I am averaging 1 inch every month. If I keep at this same rate then in 5 months I'll be at my long term goal. I wait patiently for that day I'll be so happy once I get there. I'll also save those photos to a usb drive to show people.

sorry to rain on this... but how do we know that you really did grow taller? The pictures are unclear, as you could have been standing on something to make you taller. It doesn't show in the picture.

You are not required to prove anything to me though.

I do believe IM works, but there are a lot of charlatans (not that you are one) and some times (especially for me) it's hard to distinguish the gemstones (which you may be one) from the sand.

How did you get over your limiting beliefs Randy?

As for the quality of my photos I have an old digital camera and it produces low quality images. I'll buy a web cam and make my video of my self from head to toe.

It is not uncommon to continue growing up to the age of 25. The doctor who said your growth plates were closed may have been mistaken.

Did you incorporate any exercises like yoga, spine stretching, or posture improvement?

Yes I used yoga, and I also work with the psychic energy using the will power of my mind to grow taller.

You'd still be able to get a decent picture with an old digi camera from head to toe.

I know I'm not him, but why not give it a go 2 methods.

a) imagine your bones growing at your joints, perhaps imagine your bone cells duplicating and being joyful in the process of growing. really feel like they're growing in your mind.

b ) affirmation. i am 6 foot tall or whatever.

Jordan's whole family didn't get over 170cm, and with the power of will, he grow till 190cm and become the best player in the basketball team.
