Not exactly sure if I can help on this one but I will try. I would say that depending on what exactly you are visualizing and want, yes the location can be important. For example, if you are working with something small, like say you want to manifest an ice cold can of pepsi. For me, I would visualize myself putting 2 quarters in the vending machine outside the grocery store. For that it was just the first thing that came to mind because it's thats within my normal daily holding pattern. Of course, you could could get one at the gas station, or in the store or out of the refrigerator. With something like that the location isn't quite as important. Now, let's say that you want to manifest a house in Seattle. Ok, I live in Ohio but I have been to Seattle so I would want to first visualize and feel what the pacific northwest would feel like. That's where the location is important. You would want to feel the cool sea salt smelling air and visualize the ocean and look at the evergreen trees in the vision since they are location sensitive. Since that is the location I want the house to be, I would visualize that and be specific about every detail. Otherwise, you would still be directing the energy, but you might end up with a house in a cornfield outside of Toledo which let me tell you would be NOTHING like Seattle or the pacific northwest. Hope this helps you out!! |

Take the pepsi example for instance. You might try to visualize a can of pepsi and you may be successful. But I think your chances are greater if you instead ask yourself why you want a can of pepsi, it's because you're thirsty right? So visualize yourself having just completed a workout at the gym, or run a marathon, beads of sweat dripping from your brow and your lungs pounding, and you take that first, long, cold, satisfying drink that you feel pouring through your system, instantly re-hydrating you and forcing you to let out a satisfying "aaahhhhhh". Focus on that image and the feeling it invokes, the feeling of quenching a thirst. That powerful emotional image cannot be ignored by your subconscious and you'll almost certainly find yourself a satisfying drink. I don't think the details are terribly important, just let your subconscious know how you want to feel and it will make it happen. Cheers Paul | |

the most basic and important key on visualization in my opinion is to feel good. Your feelings are the most important. But when we mean "feelings", we always have a target for the feelings. Use your way(image, audio, words, etc) to make the target clear and then enjoy yourself the good feelings from it.
