haha this is insane. Here I am posting a message supporting LOA, and not long a go I posted about my intention to find investors.

Then the mail girl at work brings me a letter with an invitation to a dinner for foreign investors in my city held by the local foreign investment support group.

It plopped on my desk literally as I hit the post button. Glad this LOA stuff doesn't work....

Gordon I did some checking on who's behind The Secret Manuscript and this is what I came up with. Varenycuiz is Fred Varygan by looking at his mug shot. He did time in Canada on some pyramid scheme. He has recreated himself as Varenycuiz a self proclaimed millionaire on the website and is attempting to cash in on the success of the "Secret". Varenycuiz Inc is incorporated in Nevada. The President of the corporation is R. Giannini. Richard Giannini was an Executive with Action International a company that sells franchises that provide business coaching and sell materials on how to make money. According to Nevada Secretary of State the Resident Agent information lists Nevada Corporate Services Inc at 1800 E. Sahara suite 107 Las Vegas Nevada. I would be very careful providing any personal information on this website. Richard Fritzler the owner of Nevada Corporpoate Services has been in trouble with the FTC. The FTC has posted portions of his deposition in Case # W03CA007 on the internet where the refer to him as an audacious brazen money launderer. In the attatched portions of his deposition he admits on page 45 thru 47 to paying homeless people $10.00 to act as directors and shareholders of these companies he forms. Later on page 48 thru 50 he testifies to obtaining fraudulent passports and drivers licenses for clients which he claims is completely legal for Americans to carry in case they are in a sticky situation with a terrorist. Although this document is available all over the internet when you google Fritzler's name I viewed it at International Telemarketing Network Defendants Banned from Telemarketing. The Secret is a wonderful thing but a recomend viewing the DVD or reading the book before I got hooked up with these characters.

I had no idea the title would stir up discussion about it.

I fairly much agree with some of the replies in relation to The Secret being nothing new.

The information uncovered about the author is interesting, and it may be worth knowing for anyone who may be considering parting money to this fellow for any products he is trying to push.

I personally did not like some of the exercises. They did not feel right for me. At the time, i took it that perhaps his teaching style did not my match my learning style.
However, having said that, with an open mind i tuned in to find what information as being useful for me at the time, and left the rest. I have only listened to 3 sections, and do not feel drawn to listen to the rest. What I found useful was nothing new under the sun, but more of a reminder and reforming understanding that I have previously come across. So from that perspective it was useful to me.

I do not see it conducive to expend energy in condemning or dwelling on the values or actions of his which are not aligned with my own, because then that becomes part of me and that is not what i want to live. I can expend my energies into becoming who i want to be. I can listen, take in and work with the pieces that are useful to me and move on. I have not perfected that, but that is what i see as right for me at this time.

Why spend money on a book to "think about making money..." why not invest that pre-existing money into an interest building venture instead? Let me see I want to make money, so I'm going to squander my money on a book that tells me to think about recieving something that I just spent??? Seems pretty dumb to me.

You're assuming that the interest gained by investing that money in a venture will be higher than investing in yourself.

I discovered The Master Key back in 1977 and I have been reading it on and off ever since. I would even go as far as to say that my whole belief system is based on The Master Key. When The Secret came out and I read it I knew right off that it was based on The Master Key and was a very poor copy indeed. The Master Key teaches us to be more positive about everything in our life. It teaches us to be more positive about our own nature and our expectations. It teaches us to take full responsibility for our own life. And it teaches us to expect the very best of everything that this world has to offer and know that we deserve it. The Master Key teaches us to be all that we are. The Secret on the other hand is all about wishful thinking, and claims to teach us how to be all that we can be!! The Master Key teaches that we are perfect just as we are, we simply need to remind ourselves of that fact occasionally.

The Master Key talks about abundance, about there being enough to go around. And the only thing blocking it is our own limited expectations. It doesn't talk about thinking ourselves rich. It talks about us getting what we believe we deserve, when we are actually capable of so much more, if only we believed it.

It talks about lack and limitation. Think lack and limitation and lack and limitation is what you get. It doesn't tell us how to get rich, it tells us how to open our minds and broaden our horizons, and raise our expectations and believe that we deserve the best.

The Master Key is trying to explain how we are locked inside these small minds and we don't have to be.

The Master Key comes in Twenty-four parts, one part is meant to be read each week giving the brain time to process the information before we move onto the next part.

Some people have remarked that this sound like brain washing. Perhaps it is a kind of brain washing, but lets face it if you are interested in the Master Key then your psyche is probably overdue for a good clear out. For anyone wanting to make some serious changes in their life and in their thinking process, I would recommend reading The Master Key System.

I joined this forum after having a similar experience. Though I received a mailer today with a about an 8 page typed letter claiming that I was special and had been selected to receive the magic book of secrets for free that was used by all the famous and powerful people in our history. One detail the author overlooked was mentioned another book title written by the man who revised the original manuscript and I looked him up here
